Great little hotel, we enjoyed everything from the room to the brilliant location. Breakfast was fantastic with loads to choose from, our room was great, the bathroom had a great shower and jacuzzi bath. Spotless hotel, beautiful view. Wouldn't change anything. Room 404 is the best, will be returning. Also would like to recommend Frederick's restaurant, great food.

Stayed in this Hotel for four nights & I could not have been happy. The rooms, the staff & the restaurant was amazing. We will certainly go back. I celebrated my birthday whilst I was there & they did something so sweet in the shape of swans with a flower made out of towels. I was quite sad to leave.... More

We stayed for 7 nights and our stay could not have been better. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough to help. The view is spectacular...and food excellent. Summoned up: an oasis of calm within easy walking distance of some great restaurants (e.g. El Muro), shops, bars and a great ice cream shop. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointed . We stayed here last year and had s fantastic time , we asked for the same room but we told we couldn't be guaranteed it. We arrived , different room next to the laundry room and pool. No table outside ,reception advised and one was provided , only to be removed the next night! Very noisy , laundry... More

We stayed for 4 nights, and we have really enjoyed our stay, this hotel is a laid back type of hotel where everything is manjana. I would return deffo, slight downsides its hard to get a drink as no one ever seems to manage the bar, plenty of steps so children may struggle but Benamaldena is on a steep hill,... More

This place was designed by Cesar Manrique (thé artist-architect of Lanzarote) and reflects all the refinement he could put in his designs. However, I doubt he even set foot in the hotel, as he would not have admitted the efforts asked by all staircases in the place. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, some with a stunning view (203, 204 and... More

Situated in the heart of Pueblo old part of Benalmedena. This hotel has excellent service, excellent food. You feel in traditional Spain with the benefit of busy coast a small taxi ride. Restaurant very popular with special taster menu as well as main menu and great value.

This hotel is a nice building but a very dirty, dark hotel with the most uncomfortable beds ever. Nothing good to say about our brief stay. staff were unhelpful and disinteresed, rooms were 1 star max and the view is blocked by a vacant building with "se vende" spray painted graffiti style in massive letters. nice!!!! Would not let my... More

Hotel is very good indeed. However, you need to choose your room carefully. We had a room on the first floor overlooking the pool which was lovely in May but not it the summer as it will be very noisy. The room was great but no view or balcony. We also had noise from the bar area on the first... More

Up in the Hills above Belamadena, about 30 rooms or so on 3 floors (lift available) centred around a courtyard with large plunge pool. Clean, friendly, Air Con in rooms. Eat indoor or out on a terrace with a view. Also Roof top solarium with sun beds. the Perfect retreat.
