This place was brilliant, a proper ski in / ski our hotel. Please use the service for boots and ski's provided via the hotel using Intersport. If you book your equipment a few days before arrival, it is there for you in the locker when you arrive - excellent service. Food was great, beer was great, service was excellent, and...

We've stayed here the last 3 years. Good points: Perfect location, good underground parking, good clean rooms and great efficient cleaning staff. Nice pool and steam/ sauna too. Makes a really pleasant base Down sides are a pretty pointless kitchen in room with no plates/ pans or cutlery and a charge if you dare use it. Only 1 luggage trolley...

Just spent a week at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the ski in and out is fab and our junior suite was good too BUT everyone took their ski boots in their bedrooms because there aren't any heaters for them in the boot room (so they'll be cold and wet the following morning also this means...

The hotel is excellently placed in the Bruyeres region of Les Menuires. You can ski in / out which is superb - a short ski down the slope and you can pick up the Reberty or Le Doron lifts. A ski locker is provided for you for storage. The rooms are well equipped. I was with 2 (old) teenagers and...

Great location and service. The resort is ideal for families with small children. There is also wifi connectivity which is great. On the other hand, I'd have liked instead of the bunkbeds a sofa bed, it will have been more comfortable. Also breakfast was not included and you had to pay extra to use the kitchen facilities in the room,...

What an amazing spa hotel in the mountains. Short stay on half board basis, really good food for breakfast and dinner. Rooms have great mountain views and a small kitchen. The hotel is close walking distance to local shops and restaurants if you need to get anything else!

Ski in, ski out - or short walk across a field to the nearest piste as we did last week. Several lifts minutes away down a blue/green run giving great access to the 3 Valleys. Staff at the hotel were all very helpful/engaging/polite (contrary to other reviews). We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on a residence basis, which was...

Stylish and relaxed modern hotel with ski in ski out amenities. Restaurant was generally very good and staff were friendly. Our room was a double aspect duplex - good size double rooms all with individual balconies. Living room had a wood burning stove! Spa facilities were good especially the steam room. Good après ski massages too. No boot warmers in...
