I stayed here in March this year for a weeks skiing. The staff were friendly enough and the room was basic, not spotlessly clean but not dirty. The bedding was pretty terrible though, but my main issue was how the staff operate. On arrival I didn't have my credit card to hand so paid the 300 euro deposit in cash,...

The flat was sold as a flat for 5/6 people which was definitely not the case. The mattress covers were full of suspicious stains (even blood stains). The staff was rude and incompetent. Odile, the manager was spending more time on the phone trying to organise the cleaner's schedule to save money when guests were waiting at the reception to...

I read some bad reviews, and some great reviews of this place, but given it's a budget option - I can't believe some people would expect the Plaza... The location is amazing, bus stop right outside the door, Spar directly opposite, a few restaurants, a pub and pizza place downstairs, and it's literally ski-in ski-out. Right on the run down...

Work top cracked, kitchen lump was burning the cupboard, in bathroom wall was cracked. bathroom after 5 min of cleaning started looks a kind of white (was yellow when we moved in). We stayed in a Studio for 4 people in Jan 2015 as part of a package ski holiday booked through Ski McNeill in Belfast. While the apartment / studio was very small it was clean and comfortable. Undoubtedly the best thing about this place is the convenience to the slopes. You can ski directly from the locker room down a...

The actual location of these apartments is amazing. Our balcony faced out onto the slopes and it was beautiful each morning. 4 of us went and we stayed in an apartment for 6 people and that was a squeeze (anyone who's been to lots of ski apartments knows they aren't spacious), but that was not a problem. A double bed...

The room is okay, the shower is okay, the ski service is okay but damn can those people from the reception make your day difficult and annoying. You need to pay for everything! Toilet paper, sheets(8 euro), 1 towel(6 euros), wifi at the reception(5 euros), tv(10 euros). The final checkout was already ridiculous. Never have I had that right after...

We have frequently booked self catering in France for a family of 3 through Crystal. This was the smallest apartment we have had for around the same price. The accommodation was compact with only a partition wall separating the bedroom from the main living area and kitchen. There was very limited storage for 2 adults and a child but the...

`Nice apartment for the price. Warm and well equipped. Ski in ski out of building. Lockable Ski lockers. Could use wi-fi in this day and age and 40 euros to watch terrestrial French TV was a bit steep but it was a budget place so can live with that (no tv!)

Having read the reviews we were a bit worried about what we would find! However, the apartment block is ideally situated with a ski hire shop in the block (Skiset) and ski school (ESF)meeting right outside. There is a small square with a number of bars/restaurants. We could still ski back to the door even in April. Ski lockers were...
