We booked this hotel for a short ski, and it was one of the best places I stayed on a ski holiday! The hotel and the rooms are very charming and tidy, the personnel do their outmost best to make your stay even better. The wellness options are also worth to mention: jacuzzi with lovely mountain view, massage in a...

My family and I spent Valentines evening here for dinner. It started well with a warm welcome, glass of bubbly, attractive menu and very reasonable prices. However a big improvement is needed when it comes to the serving staff who seemed almost "afraid" to talk to us, and with the speed of the food service. It took 3hrs + to...

Staff was extremely friendly, and service was personalized... the staff is very knowkedgeable and quick to address any questions... Food in the restaurant is good, breakfast could be better (poor selection of options)... Room for improvement; - Wifi is not very reliable - TV in Room is Tiny (23"?) - No Safe in Room

Family dinner at the hotel restaurant on our chalet hosts night off, with a lively 20 month old in tow. The owners and hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. Food was superb (the duck was excellent) wine was the best had in La Plagne and from what we saw the hotel would be a top place to stay....

We stayed a week this summer and loved it. It is a small family hotel with lovely views. Attention has been given to every possible detail from the breakfast spread to tastefully furnished bedroom and spacious en suite bathroom. Unlimited tea and coffee and Madelaine cakes are available. The owner, Mme Michelas, was very helpful on what to see in...

We have stayed in numerous hotels and chalets in ski resorts over the past 30 years but Le Cocoon was a new experience. "Faites come chez vous", Corinne and Regis told us as they welcomed us. Home from home is how I would describe it. Only better than home! Our teenage girls loved the outdoor jacuzzi and we had a...

Just left this fabulous hotel and was extremely impressed. The rooms and views were great but we hadn't expected the thoughtful details and little extras. A sauna and outdoor jacuzzi overlooking Mont Blanc were a big hit with all the family. The owners even organised drinks and canapés around an out door fire and then a private dinner for 8...
