Just back from a weeks skiing in Plagne Centre. Chalet is pretty basic but food is excellent and ski Olympic staff are great. First time for us in Graciosa and after reading all the reviews I have to agree that Holly and Char run this chalet like clockwork. Nothing is a problem to them and the other staff, they were...

We're just back from a fantastic ski holiday in the Graciosa. It was the first time we've stayed in anything other than a hotel for a ski holiday and it's converted us to the Chalet / Chalet-Hotel experience completely! For us, it had everything you could want: perfect location right on the slopes so genuinely ski in/ski out, great food...

I've just spent a fantastic week here, Holly, Char and all off the staff couldn't be more helpful, happy, friendly and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend anyone to book without hesitation. Yes the decor maybe a bit dated (who cares) but chalet was clean, warm and comfy. From breakfast to afternoon cakes to 3 course...

My week at the Graciosa was better than expected. The place is simply furnished but the showers are good, the food simple and tasty, the staff pleasant, helpful and efficient and it's well located, right onto the piste. Just a short steep walk up from Scotties bar it is above Plagne Centre and easy to get about with 3 lifts...

Just looking to book again this year with Ski Olympic as we had such a great time last season. The chalet is so we placed for the slopes and the food and care of the staff was exceptional. We felt that for the amount paid it was overall amazing value for a top ski holiday! Bring on winter!!!

Just back from a lovely trip with a group of 18 in first week of March. Basic chalet hotel in good location. Chalet in need of modernisation, wine could be better quality and wifi is slow and doesn't extend throughout the hotel... but the staff made up in attitude for what was lacking in luxury - the professionalism of manager...

We were a party of 18 staying at Graciosa from 21st Feb to 28th 2016. Fantastic hosts Holly and Cha were very friendly and helpful as were their staff.Food was above average for a catered chalet and they accommodated a few of our party with slight changes to the menu.I agree that the chalet is tired but nevertheless great value...

The Good... Hosted by the delightful Holly and Cha, Chalet Graciosa is very well run and has a fantastic staff: meals were very good and food is plentiful. Cuisine is perhaps a little too British at times, but always tasty and fresh, and a vegetarian option is always offered (don't forget to order it in the morning). A cooked breakfast...

Firstly the good bits - What a great position on the slopes, a true ski in/ ski out hotel. While lugging the skis up to the top floor was a pain initially ( although the staff were very good at helping) once there it was wonderful having the ski locker right next to the balcony where you accessed the slopes....

The good first: this property has fantastic views. The manager holy and other staff were hard working and very helpful. The location was good in terms of skiing in and out. The food was very good and never had anything that we couldn't eat. That was a great thing really as no choice was given. Afternoon cakes yummy! What I...
