Good location able to ski in and out the chalet. Our chalet host Charlotte was excellent with limited facilities as she cooked some great punctual meals every evening. Chalet could do with a total make over but was good value for money.

Chalet India is perfectly positioned only a few steps from the piste, the telebus to Plagne Centre or the Spar. A compact chalet but fortunately the weather was perfect and all guests were out on the slopes most of the day. We were superbly looked after by Charlotte who produced excellent meals every day and was able to answer all...

We found Chalet India to be a great base for a fantastic weeks skiing, it's fairly basic but has everything you need. It's a modern chalet building and is relatively attractive compared to some of the gigantic architectural horrors in the likes of Aime La Plagne and Bellecote. Well heated throughout, with a warm boot room and wood burning stove....

Though the Chalet cant be described as spacious, it is cosy and has a very welcome feel after a long day on the slopes. The chalet was very clean and Emily, the Chalet Host was delightful and nothing seemed too much trouble, her cooking can only be described as excellent. The drying room was the most efficient we have encountered...

Chalet India although basic does as it says on the tin. And we had a very good holiday. The slopes are very close and although not really ski in ski out it is very close to being. It is slightly small and with some issues with hot water and electricity, none the less the food and our host Emily made...

The Chalet is rather basic, as are most of them, but the food, hospitality and proximity to the slopes and amenities is fantastic. My father and I would definitely recommend the Chalet, Chalet host Emily, food and wine, basically door step skiing and everything the you would need is a very short walk. The skiing area is vast, loads of...

We booked out the entire chalet with 10 people (there a 5 twin rooms). The dining and lounge area are a little cosy, but as they are joined together then there is ample space. The chalet hosts Emily and Will did a great job and responded to all our needs, which were mainly to do with more firewood, cleaning the...

The chalet is like many in the resort , pretty basic, and not that spacious. But has the advantage of being virtually on the slopes (max 25yds to slopes out back door but not for complete novices). V. close to ski hire shop (50yds). V close to bus (25yds) V close to Gondolier (30yds) that takes you up/down to La...

(30th Mar-6th Apr) Yes, it's pretty basic, now that people mention it. My son and I were in a room which was rather small which made making use of the small cupboard quite tricky. And I did bang my head on the beam coming out of the shower. But none of this dampened our spirits. Yas fed use very well...

Just back from a week in La Plagne. We were generally very happy with the resort - extensive skiing, good modern ski lifts and lots of good places to eat but were underwhelmed by the chalet. It's clearly a budget option, which is fine, but a failure to provide some basics (soap, croissants, decent cereal) plus a half-hearted effort on...
