Poor arrival services. Short staffed and room mix ups and delays. Had spent time contacting the hotel with requests for specfic rooms. Told the room I wanted was reserved and being cleaned and later told the room had been given to someone else and I had a smaller room. Was not happy with this and protested with my family of 6 after a 16 hour journey until given a room which I had paid for and requested. Management handld this well under stress. More staff on arrival day please. Hot coffee on arrival would be appreciated after long journeys.

We paid for a superior room which is supposed to come with WiFi, however, the room we received looked exactly like the standard rooms on the website and the WiFi doesn't work in the apartment - you have to go to reception to use the WiFi! The website photos are very misleading

Very disappointing stay. Reception is not able to help for anything if you have paid, booked via internet, they give you a phone number to call... WiFi is « modem » age, despite ‘Full’ option, no network on the 8th floor, and a phone number also to call to have things sorted out or get refunded... used to be much better ...

I was there last week. Terrible service. Poor English, no WiFi despite they promised for free and nobody wanted to fix, elevators did not work most of the time. Poor cleaning and bad towels. Ski out but very bad ski in. Ski room is terrible, there is no place for the shoes and no place to sit. Lobby with leaking water from roof ( see pictures ) I do not recommend this place at all.

This is a great resort, affording excellent skiing from beginner through to expert. The village was well kept and the surroundings absolutely beautiful. Shopping & apres facilities were good leading to a wonderful holiday.
