We stayed here for a week in early March 2020. Whilst the accommodation would be fine for a small family (3-4), it was a real squeeze for 7 burly blokes. That said, the quality was ok, if you imagine a bit better than butlins you'd be somewhere near. The apartment was very warm and it was nice to be able to ski from straight out of the ski locker. The location was fine, but be prepared for a lung busting ascent from the 'High Street' 2 streets down via the covered passgeway. There were escalators, but not all og them worked. The resort is a pleasant, if purpose built place, and has all that you need for a ski break.

I struggled to find recent reviews for this apartment so hopefully this is helpful. The apartment... It’s basic but perfectly functional and clean. One bedroom with twin beds. The main room is an average size based on our experience. It has 2 beds plus a pullout bed that we didn’t use. The kitchen is quite well provided with has 4 hob rings and a microwave that also has grill and other functions. There was a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and (randomly) a Nespresso machine - I didn’t see anywhere to buy capsules. The bathroom had a shower over a bath and the toilet is separate. Nice balcony. The only complaint I have is the beds are extremely hard. All our family struggled to sleep the first night and I can sleep anywhere. We got used to them after the first night but never thought of them as comfortable. The block... Reasonable sized ski locker allocated to each apartment. Not much less to the block. Location... At almost the very top of the resort but good ski in/out on green style tracks. Need to get Tours or Prolay lift to ski in which was not an issue for us. Two pedestrian stair/escalator walk ways led quickly into the centre. Worth knowing there is a ski shop in the same building which would have made hiring skis easier if we hadn’t pre-booked at a different shop. Avoriaz... Brilliant ski resort for families/groups with mixed abilities. Great beginner slopes that are easy to access right up to great advanced slopes and huge ski area. Food options were great - including restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets. In half term we needed to book well in advance to secure the 7pm sitting. There seemed to be availability at the 9pm sitting or many restaurants said you could try at 8:30 which we did with success the first night.

Fantastic in every way. Definitely rebooking The Electra for Rock The Piste next year. Perfect position in Avoriaz, modern decor, apartments were lovely - had everything we needed - great size too. Good view of the slopes. Reception staff were really helpful too. Cannot recommend highly enough

Never again! It is the 3rd year there. But this year paid for a higher level with wonderfull views, superior flat and 1 more room. Got the extra room. Staid in the exact same level, 5th as last year. The astonishing views were sold to another's. Never again!

Quiet residence close to the center of the village. Access is a bit complicated since you have to leave your car at the main public parking. But this is the rule in this village. The apartment is comfortable and very well-equipped and everything in a clean state. Beds are a bit tough and could be improved (I always enjoy tough beds, but difficult to get a comfortable position with these ones). Wifi was working very well. The apartment are well insulated and no specific noise from the neighbours. The fitness center is in a near-by residence and upon reservation and cost 5€/hour. We did not use it because of its small size and reservation rules. This could be an area of improvement. Nice view from the apartment.
