For a budget hotel hotel, it was good. We had no complaints and the access was fine as well. They provide a locker for your skiing equipment which is handy. Kiera on reception was very helpful and sorted out any issues and questions we had :).

We booked this hotel for a 4 night stay. As we were on a budget it seemed ideal but the reality is far from this. On arrival we noticed dirty marks all over the dining table, dirt in the corners of the rooms, a mouldy shower curtain and questionable bed linen. We were waiting until 4pm for our room to be ready... ready for what I’m not quite sure. On our first night we were kept awake by the loud partygoers next door who decided to sing and stomp. At one point it sounded like they were coming through the walls. But that’s not all, the constant banging of footsteps on the stairs, hallways and adjacent rooms will also keep you awake as there is no soundproofing in this place at all! We’re now on our final night and I’ve already felt the need to review this hotel as once again music, shouting , screaming and banging could be heard until the early hours. If you are going to be staying here in the near future, I’d highly recommend you bring ear plugs. To add to our stay, we had the lovely smell of garbage at the front of our hotel room as this is clearly the place where everyone on the floor dumps their rubbish. The hotel asks that guests remove their rubbish from the room before they leave and I suppose the corridor is the best place to leave it. It was left there for three days until finally it was relocated to a blue bin and once again left outside our room door. The only perks to this place is the location, you can ski in and out quite easily but for everything else (i.e basic cleanliness, comfort and peace) I would never recommend this place. Conveniently the reception is only open until 8pm so if you have any issues throughout the night, you’re on your own!

Totally appalling place to be avoided, filthy dirty, very tired, lifts hardly ever work. Stairs are hard after a long day skiing. It allows dogs - I would suggest they rebrand as kennels. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Should be closed down .......... only plus is location and staff try their best with the conditions they work in.

without any question this is the hotel if you’re on a budget. The rooms are frankly appalling which are very old and tired. I had issues with electricity that kept failing, my friend had his watch stolen. The worst part the fact that the lifts don’t work, haven’t worked since January, there is a service lift but that was hardly working and incredibly slow meaning a 9 story walk with skis! I would strongly advise anyone that goes to this hotel to look elsewhere. It’s absolutely dire!

Just spent a week here during half-term. APartment was filthy when we arrived and something nasty had been spilled in the fridge. We'd just driven down from Calais and couldn't face taking the lift back up to the reception (we were on the 2nd floor and reception is on the 13th) so we cleaned it up ourselves. The room was very tired and issues started to revela themselves througout the stay.. The nextthing we noticed were the numerous broken bed slats which meant you had to manage where and how you slept. There was a bad draft from the window so we had to move beds around. We then realised the door to the balcony was also broken and would not hold shut so we had a draft from there. The final straw was on our penultime night. I woke in the morning and was drinking the water which I thought was a bit odd. When I switched on the light it was brown. The water had been turned off with no notice to guests and brown residue was puting out. I went out into the hall to head up to reception and there was a laod of dog poo in the hall. I couldn;t believe it. We left that night an stayed the last night down in the valley. I will not be back to L'Hermine and I'll be avoiding P&V if this is their standard!!! Thankfully Avoriaz is a great resort and the skiing was terrific.
