This was truly a 5 star experience. The room was just as I pictured it - a lovely suite with a spacious bathroom and both tub and shower. The beds were sumptuous and soft. My friend and I were celebrating our birthdays together and were we treated like royalty. The staff goes above and beyond to attend to your every need. The food choices were excellent and we ate in both the bigger dining rooms during our stay. I can't say enough for this special place in Bermuda. I will return!

My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and 40th birthdays, and we are so happy we chose The Rosewood for this very special occasion. The entire hotel feels like a relaxing spa, which is exactly what we needed during our stay. The staff and management go above and beyond to make your stay special and the service is outstanding. We did the Sunset to Star Gazing dinner which we highly recommend as the food and service were impeccable (Vikram, our server was wonderful). The deep tissue massage at the Spa was the best I have ever had. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated and the landscaping and grounds are stunning. Yes, you have to take a very short shuttle ride to get to the beach, but we hardly ever had to wait for a shuttle and if we did, it was not more than 5 mins. Any time we left the property to go to Hamilton or other hotels we found ourselves missing our Hotel. Highly recommend!…

We were really surprised - Caribbean service standards at prices even higher than similar properties in Turks & Caicos (not known to be an inexpensive destination). Lovely room (801) though mattress sinks in middle. Concierges gave incorrect info (repeatedly) both in advance and on site; resulted in costly outcomes but worse were the wasted opportunities for a great time. Hotel seemed very quiet and yet staff seemed short handed or mis-deployed (and very particular Re whose job was whose. Eg cigarette butts and plastic glasses that sat on the Grand Staircase for days. ). Spa was booked for 3 days so couldn’t be spontaneous; tennis courts book up with local Club Members. Not sure if we would be returning to Bermuda in general (though wow that water is clear and blue!) but I would most likely want to explore an alternative esp since the real pink beaches are 40 minutes farther west (I’ve now learned).…

A true five-star resort located on a beautiful island with friendly staff and good amenities; what's not to like? We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with a 10-month-old; we stayed in an ocean-view suite which was large and well-appointed with a huge comfortable bed. A crib was provided for the little one with plenty of children's toiletries, which was a nice touch. The golf cart provided with the suites is a must for being able to get around independently. We experienced true world-class, warm and friendly service from the moment we arrived, particularly from the restaurant staff in Sul Verde and Island Brasserie, as well as the door staff. There are good food offerings available in all restaurants, plenty of choices, and really enjoyable food, although it all comes with an expectedly large price tag. We really enjoyed the food in Sul Verde. There are nice pools available on-site and at the beach club. The beach at the beach club is a lovely Bermudian pink sand beach that's well-kept although the sea was rough when we were there. The stay wasn't without issue; however, the issues raised were dealt with professionally and promptly, so not even worth a mention here. Overall, a world-class resort, we’re sad to be leaving and we'll return if we come to Bermuda again.…

Had a great stay at Rosewood Bermuda this past weekend. I arranged transportation with the hotel in advance. There was a kind gentleman with a sign waiting upon our exit from airport security. It is $55 and charged to your folio. The car ride was about 10-15 min. We had the best arrival experience with Assa at the front desk. She was to the point while being so sincere and friendly. Luckily our room was ready when we arrived around 1pm. We were in a suite which included a golf cart. This ended up being super useful because the property is very big. For those who are not in a suite, they do offer a shuttle which leaves every 15 min. Our suite was very spacious with two full bathrooms. Normally I pack my own shampoo/conditioner because hotel bath amenities tend to be low quality but the ones offered here was so amazing! They use Votary by La Bottega. The adult pool was always very low occupancy and quiet. The server remembered my name the second day which was very nice. The seating on one side of the pool is reserved strictly for residents. You can only use the waterside seating. The main pool is very large and the most crowded but still very nice. My favorite was the Beach Club which also has a pool facing the ocean. We took advantage of the snorkeling activity which is included in the resort fee (12% of your room rate). The captain was born/raised on the island so very knowledgeable. Taxi rides here were also very reasonable if you want to explore the town and venture out of the resort. They charge per ride vs. per person. When i was in Turks & Caicos last year, they charged per person which was annoying. All the taxi drivers on the island are so friendly. The front desk said they were at 97% occupancy but it really did not feel crowded at all. It was a great experience! Loved it very much. …

My husband and I stayed at the Rosewood for 3 nights in July. It was amazing! The hotel is a very quick (10 minute ish) ride from the airport, but at the resort you cannot hear the planes taking off or landing. We stayed in a poolside cabana king room, which has a private cabana at the adults only pool. I will say, the adults only pool was very empty, we spent more time at the beach and the family pool versus the adults only. The hotel layout is a bit confusing, it took us a good 2 full days to really understand where everything was. The hotel gym is really top notch as hotel gyms go, I took a yoga class with Claire one morning who was really lovely. You will need to take a shuttle to get to the beach, it’s a little over a mile away and when we were there, too hot to walk. But the shuttle comes frequently, we really never had a big issue. My husband took a tennis clinic which he loved, but again you have to take a shuttle to get to the tennis courts. The spa was wonderful, we both had deep tissue massages which were excellent. The food was amazing as well, we loved everything we ate. Definitely book the snorkel from the hotel, we had a great time and the guides were extreme knowledgeable about all the fish you see. One minor hiccup I would say is that we went into town for the Harbor Nights Festival, which Rosewood sends a shuttle to bring you. But getting a taxi home was very difficult so not sure I would completely recommend that excursion. Overall it was a great trip and we can’t wait to return!…

Had a lovely stay at the Rosewood. Despite an early hiccup on the rooms, which managers Lawrence, Menalick, and Chelsea remedied quickly. Asah and Tyler at the front desk were also amazing with our issues. At the beach club, we found clear turquoise water, soft pink sand, and a nice breeze. While it was a nice early morning run to the beach club and back, I would not recommend walking it in the heat of the day. We attempted it and luckily Reba saved us with her golf cart. The food was great, and the restaurant staff was fantastic. Drinks are sweet but that is to be expected on a tropical island known for rum swizzles! The Castaway snorkel cruise (included in room rate) was amazing - both the crew and the site. The adult pool has very limited seating due to resident priority so if you want to go, go early. The bell staff across the board was wonderful, and I wish I was more prepared with cash for tipping there. Tips are appreciated across the board so would recommend carrying USD or Bermuda cash (especially since taxis only take cash on this island).…

Beautiful rooms with a lovely colonial feel. Got a lovely reception with Angelo who was the prefect confluence of sincere friendliness and utmost professionalism. Very friendly staff in the restaurant, a good steam room in the spa and holistic massage. Nice mix of staff from all over the world. Some nice yoga and meditation classes would be good to give holistic types more options. Beaches are divine.

Could it get any more beautiful than the Rosewood? Sapphire blue water, excellent staff and gorgeous grounds. A long weekend of pampering and exploring this beautiful island. Take a trip into town if you can, food is wonderful anywhere! A bit pricey but nonetheless fabulous
