Small room, dirty and stained carpets everywhere, small reception area, broken walls in all rooms and halls, elevator for 2 persons, plastic glasses in the room.very poor continental breakfast,no liquid soap, no shampoon, small coach parking, uncareful waiters. Not a 4 star hotel. A 2 star hotel at most. Quite noisy because of the train .

I got a tiny worn out room with a small TV showing chat shows and tarot card readings. Breakfast was adequate but not good. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and charming. The best thing about the hotel was the price €49 including breakfast. Very good value. Can't think of a hotel in uk that would have such low...

Looking on their website, my husband & I thought felt that the rooms looked clean & comfortable. Our 3 night stay could not have been further from the truth...with a room the size of a walk-in closet (literrally only one of us could be standing and moving at the same time) , furniture & decor that looked like it was...

The staff could not do more for you. The rooms are clean and the proximity of the railtracks does not really bother your sleep. Big + for the parquet flooring. Restaurant is somewhat regular. Train system is relatively near so you can get around Madrid with an ease. Special thanks for Javier, who alone has made my stay 5-stars every...

Booked cot in advance as we had a 4 month old baby, but on arrival we were told that they had run out of cots. Their solution was to put a single bed in our room, and we pay an extra adults rate or they take it out. We Had to pay as they gave no other alternative, I asked...

The hotel staff are very friendly and some speak English as my Spanish is very bad. The breakfast is pretty basic but bar meals and the restaurant not bad. If you get a room at the front of the hotel there is a railway right next door and it goes all night no tea and coffee in the room which...

First of all this hotel is NOT near the airport as it bills itself. It is more in an industrial part of Madrid. The hotel is nothing like the pictures it shows on the travel booking website. It is dark and dingy. I had a bad feeling about it from the time we walked into the lobby and were greeted...
