I have been to the hotel several times. This time I have seen things that I didn't like like the torn sheets from so much use. For three nights they did not change the glasses in the sink, which were clearly dirty since I took some medicine and the remains remained stuck white. The first day we went down to breakfast at 8:30 and came back at 9. At that time someone came into our room and made the bed, but only the bed, they didn't change the towels or the dirty glasses. When we returned and before leaving, we put up the sign for them to make our room but no one came back.
The bathroom smelled horrible, like a sewer.

Just right. Looks more than it is. Use of the kitchen shown in the photo costs 30 euros. The air conditioning cools little and the cleanliness of the regular room. They are spacious rooms. They can give you the adaption without asking for it with the discomforts of the bathroom (my son would drain in the toilet).
In short, a want and can't. 4* hotel appearance, but with 3* goes well. They know that those who go to the hotel, go to Warner Park and when you arrive exhausted, you don't start protesting for 1 or 2 nights that you're going to be there.
I wouldn't repeat, I think. The price is not worth it.

The air conditioning did not work well and from the taps came only hot water for both cold and hot water. We communicated it in Reception that did not hesitate to immediately change rooms; which had the same problem with the shower tap and immediately called maintenance, who came within two minutes and solved the problem. The rest of the stay perfect. Miss Paola's impeccable management, we congratulate her for the kindness she showed at all times and for the speed in solving the problem. Both rooms spotless, nothing to comment against.

They don't give 4 star service in my opinion.
The minibar was not replenished, that is, the drinks we drank on the first day (two bottles of water and two cans of Coca Cola) were not replenished any day in the following 10 days. We gave notice.
The shower thermostat does not work well, being stuck at a minimum temperature of 38 degrees. We were burning. We gave notice and it was not fixed.
The heating allows a maximum temperature with which it is undoubtedly cold in the room. We had to buy a stove and keep it on.
The TV remote control in the room was very dirty. Unpleasant to touch.
They don't provide a towel for the bidet.
One day we were without towels because they had not been replaced. They had taken the dirty ones and had not left us any clean or used towels. We gave notice and an hour after the notice we had to call again to insist that they bring them to us.
They left a bottle of cleaning product in the room on top of the sink.

Using the safe is easy and comfortable. It worked perfectly.
The comfortable bed.
The friendly staff.
Spacious room.
(The minimum for a 3 star, not a 4)

The hotel has the fair venue next door, and in August they rent the rooms right in front. There is party until high hours of the night and do not warn the customer that the room has this conditioner. Taking this is a medium apartment hotel, where the activation of the kitchen (placing dishes in the kitchen) is only available until 21:00.
It's close to Warner Park for those who come by car.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel. The huge room.Soraya reception ... WHAT A LOVELY PERSON!! . He explained everything in a clear way and also solved a little problem that arose. Breakfast very well. On Saturday night there was a wedding and the disco was heard more in the room on the first floor than in the disco itself. It is true that we were warned but they could also have made some fun of the room price knowing that there was such a “problem”

It was our second time in the hotel, we booked for night trip because we caught a family activity nearby in pinto. We go down to breakfast at 10:05 to be exact and we are told by a waitress that we can't stop by to wait outside in the bar area. 10:20 out comes another waiter who tells us that we have lost breakfast without more... and leaves us the letter to ask for breakfast for a fee in the bar where we are waiting, already a little mushy the waiter tells us to talk to the manager to see what can be done. 10:25 the person comes out and just tells us that he has reserved some buns which is the only thing he can offer us... My conformist husband nods yes and if you can do us a FAVOR to get some coffees. In order not to lengthen the story the scones he sent us seemed to animals the worst he found, my children one of them with Autism did not taste mouthful just a glass of water. I went out to the village to see if I could buy something but it was all closed because it was January 1st, I didn't want to buy them the breakfast I already had paid for... it's no longer for the money but the lack of consideration and empathy of the employees damaged us the morning for not informing at check ing that they had private activity. I have been in many hotels and if you are late for breakfast in my case 5 min at most what can happen is that you have exhausted some things but not leave a family with children without breakfast. I'm not going back to your hotel.

We went for a wedding.
I found the staff in general quite rude, especially at the reception, and the wedding waiters were too rushed, always in a hurry, rushing the guests to finish dishes and open bar.
When we arrived and put the car in the garage we saw that there were significant leaks and during the dinner celebration we were informed that we had to remove the cars from the garage because it was flooding.
What they didn't tell us was that it was flooding because a sewage pipe had burst and we had to walk through the garage through puddles of urine with floating feces. We have a video that proves it. To make matters worse, they closed the bathroom next to the wedding room, because it was flooded with sewage, with the resulting disruption for the guests and the smells that we had to endure.
The next morning they did not even have the detail to apologize, nor to have any type of attention to the guests who stayed there, nor to the bride and groom, who were not only overcharged for a menu, but they also charged their bill. of the drinks consumed, before the wedding, in the hotel bar. In short, a real shame.

Huge hotel, I didn't find the room clean, the bed was barely made in the morning, the bathroom was cleaned only as much as necessary, never swept or washed the floor, I stayed for a week and the service was not up to the standard of the hotel as was the breakfast, recycled foods and not much variety. I had to change rooms because the mixer in the shower located in the bathtub was not working and was dangerous to get in and out of. Bathrooms quite old with many shortcomings.
I will never go to this hotel again as I do not recommend it.

We booked several rooms for a group of people, paid in advance. We called to ask if the hotel sees payment. The person at the front desk is either drunk or stupid. He Just does not understand a word an english. Surnames, dates, numbers - were repeated to him a hundred times - he simply does not answer questions and says some kind of stupidity. Then he simply hung up and no longer answered the phone. I do not advise anyone to send them money and live there. This is not a service. Disgusting hotel.

We are surprised with this comments, as we have not hosted any foreign group of people paid in advance as you mentioned. Besides, we do not take under consideration any rude, spiteful or lying comments, as our staff is not neither stupid or drunk, but professional and polite.
