Nothing exceptional about this hotel - rooms slightly better than normal mid range business hotel, service and breakfast ok, location good if you want to be in Alcobendas area - out of downtown but many corporates here and not too far from airport. Quiet neighbourhood but close to main roads. Price however very good which justifies a 5 out of...

Hotel feels a bit dated. Not like it's falling apart, but just the general vibe that it needs some updating. Rooms are decent, bed's are decent and the breakfast ok. Don't expect anything fancy, but it's ok for a sleepover, business trip. Hotel is ideally situated for traveling from and to Madrid Barajas airport (10/15mins). Staff is very friendly and...

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Large room with king size bed. Good aircon. Very pleasant staff, easy check-in and out, receptionist spoke English and couldn't do enough to help. Restaurant was closed when we stayed but that is no problem, there is a large complex nearby with many varied restaurants - unfortunately we picked the wrong one put that is...

My stay here (or lack thereof) was probably the worst in all my experience as a business traveller. I was organising a workshop nearby and wanted to pick a hotel that could accommodate most of the delegates with access to the airport. As the price and location seemed reasonable, I stupidly plumbed for Eurostars Gran Madrid and made my booking...

This is a great place to break a long journey. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are a good size and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite was excellent. We travelled into central Madrid on the Metro ( the station is very close to the hotel and only cost euros 6 return per...

The hotel us focused on business and the rooms are okay. The bed are pretty hard and the wifi speed needs to be improved. Breakfast is served in the basement and is good quality and the same every day. Dinner is if medium quality. It better to walk 5 minutes towards diversia. Where you can find multiple good restaurants.

The hotel is clean and is outside the city center. However the rooms are smaller than normal Europe rooms and actually reminded me a bit of an Ibis hotel [budget friendly]. The walls are also a bit thin but other than that, it's an okay hotel if you're doing business in the area. Note, you can walk to some local...

After a 3 hour flight delay I arrived at the hotel which is in the Alcobendas district of Madrid, a mostly commercial district. The greeting by the Receptionist was courteous. The room was very large and decorated to a particularly high standard, I can only assume this has happened recently. After a good nights sleep thanks to a very good...

Didn't start well with a 20 minute wait to check in. Then I was in a room that wax extremely hot and no air conditioning. I asked about the air con and was advised it was broken. When I complained they said they could fix it from reception if I gave them my room number. That didn't work either. Same...

Spent there one night in March 2016. Conveniently located near the airport, it is a new and comfortable hotel a good option for someone spending just one night and having to take an early flight. A good relation quality/price.
