I would not stay in this hotel again. It was extremely noisy and full of awful school groups: it was like being situated in a hostel - and for the price paid, I wasn’t expecting that. The first night a school group arrived at 01:00 and despite calling reception twice (and from the sound of their stress, I don’t think I was the only one calling) the group was not quiet until 02:30. They then got up again to continue their shouting and banging at 06:00. Having barely slept the night before due to our early flight, I was almost in tears at this point and marched down to reception to share my views! On the plus side, I must say that the staff at the hotel were very kind and obliging. We were moved to an upper floor in a ‘quieter’ area. However, I believe the hotel has been constructed on a tight budget and even in this room you can hear all movement on the floor below and it was horribly noisy. I also think they moved us here as the day before we left, yet another large coach load of school children arrived. It was earlier but it causes a great disturbance and you don’t feel relaxed. Breakfast was OK (lacked fresh fruit and juice) and the location is good - very central. Also WIFI works. If you’re not put off by being surrounded by noisy teenagers banging and shouting to their mates at all hours then the hotel may be ok for you. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as clearly (for me) the management has no care over people’s relaxation and don’t provide a duty to their guests if they want to allow such groups in with no indication to unsuspecting visitors. I lived in Athens for 9 years and since have visited numerous the city times to see family and friends. I’ll come annually now but never again would I stay here - even if it was offered to me free!

We were surprisly pleased by this hotel, which surpassed our expectations due to being so inexpensive. There was ample friendly staff numbers to accommodate the guests. There were two complimentary water bottles awaiting us in the mini fridge, complimentary packaged slippers in the closet, and plenty of travel-sized olive oil bath products in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the shower was fabulous (water does sort of come out onto the rest of the floor), and the tiny balcony was perfect for leaving the doors open to get some fresh air. The breakfast was surprisingly varied with some hot foods, fresh fruit and breads, juices, hot coffee, etc. Between the night concierge staff member Christos and the two female concierge members early this morning, the staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us a one hour late check out, offered to hold our luggage for us, etc. Bus X96 to and from the airport is a quick jaunt, so is a nearby mall and some luxury shopping.

I recommend the hotel for its location, very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was delicious ,the staff polite but the hotel is very far from 4 stars. Its very clean, but the rooms are small, the mini bar is empty. But the location is very very good-all the shops and restaurant and caffes are on 5 min walking
