This hotel is well worth the couple of extra euros. It's ideally located on its own in a little cove of Cape Sounio, just underneath the Temple of Poseidon. There's even a private walkway from the beach up to the temple entrance. Staff so nice, professional, helpful. Plenty of parking, beach loungers & umbrellas, Delicious breakfast served on balcony underneath... More

Very good location, the hotel is by the sea. The rooms are classically decorated. We stayed for one night at a sea view room. The rooms are clean which is the most important for me. I could say that the breakfast buffet was missing variety. I would suggest this hotel to my friends.

Spent two nights at Aegeon Beach Hotel over Greek Easter weekend. Considering it was a holiday weekend the hotel was quite quiet but very enjoyable and peaceful in an amazing location. Our third floor room had a magnificent view of the sea and met our expectations. The one improvement would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfasts... More

Stayed at the Aegeon Beach Hotel for 5 nights . The hotel is right on a lovely sandy beach at the base of the Temple of Poseidon which is lit up at night. There is a magical feel about this area. What a delight to go to sleep with the soothing sound of the waves. The service is excellent. Very... More

We spear one night there with our 7 months old baby. They had all the right facilities for him I the room and at the restaurant. The room had lovely solid wood furniture and nice decoration. Very clean. Great view to the sea, not to the temple but amazing anyway! At the restaurant we only had few drinks but it... More

Great location and wonderful view but room seemed dingy and musty. We stayed on 3rd floor with seaview. hotel lobby and grounds were very nice. Could see Temple of Poseidon from hotel and grounds. Shower was one of the best we had in Greece and breakfast was nice. We were there during October so hotel seemed very empty but that... More

Sounion: We decided in the morning to go along the coast to Sounion from Athens. The Pullman Coach Bus is only 6,9 Euros for the one hour and 20 minute ride that will amaze you along the eastern Attikan coastline-- One of the most picturesque in all of Greece. When that is all said and done, you arrive to find... More

A very nice hotel, with very friendly staff . We had a junior suite with good view. The room was a good size even with a 3rd bed, clean and stylish.Breakfast was fine. The communal areas are nice enough. The beach is great, with superb views of the temple but gets horribly crowded at weekends with local day trippers.

Good value and a superb location literally next to the magical ancient temple of Sounion. Nice verandah overlooking the bay with a stunning sunset view. Polite staff and pretty good food at the restaurant. On the flip side, expectations for spending time on the beach were dashed by the fact that it was packed by a noisy crowd of non-residents.
