This is a basic hotel located along the lake so the view is great. With 4 floors and no elevator or porters be prepared for your exercise. A busy road runs along the lake front with open air cafes and bars. The room has a lock you might find on a typical bathroom door in the USA and the safe...

We booked a room with a lake view but were given a room facing the road. When we complained we were told that all rooms are the same price. We paid US$106 and the room was terribly run down so we found this hard to believe. There is also a club downstairs and the music and bass were so loud...

The room and the pool were clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. I also liked the breakfast and the waiters’ service, but I had a very bad experience with the receptionists: All the people who live or work in Flores know that the travel agency San Juan steals to tourists, but the receptionist recommended exactly them to...

I really enjoyed staying here. We arrived late at night and they were quick to get us settled into our rooms. This was the best shower I had the whole time I was in Guatemala (I traveled through the country and stayed I a few different hotels). The room was smile, but the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning...

I'm a planner, my Belizian travel partner is not and likes to just show up places to stay. He's also nitpicky about rooms and the manager was great about taking us around letting us look at different ones. The room was clean (with a giant mirror in front of the bed lol) as was the bathroom. The view was great...

I thought this was a great hotel for the price. It was also in a great location at the hear of the "strip." The room and restaurant had a beautiful view of the water! Breakfast was also included, you had s choice of three which was great. I would stay here again!

We have stayed here 2 times and both times the hotel staff were nice, helpful and the rooms are clean, with an amazing view of the lake. The pool is also a nice place to cool off as it is hot there. The hotel is right on the lake, also has a free breakfast, not anything super special but enough...

I have been here twice now, and it is basically good. Rooms are average and clean, nothing fancy, and the showers have dependable water flow, though the hot/cold balance can fluctuate at times :). Lake view is key for your room experience. Street noise can be impressive, especially on New Year's Eve. The staff are helpful enough at the desk,...

The hotel has poor attention, the rooms are dirty as well as the pool. The worst is the restaurant with the breakfast included:really the worst attention I have had in my life 1 hour and 30 minutes for scramble eggs. I really recommend others hotels if you are traveling to flores.

We are a family with two small kids aged 4 and 5. We stayed in a triple room with nice views to the lake. Gabriela the receptionist was very helpful and speaks good English. There is a nice restaurant called Raices across the road that serves decent pizza. In general the hotel is ideally located beside the lake however at...
