Normal hotel breakfast but in a dirty setting. The bedrooms provide a small TV, uncomfortable beds and no carpet that in turn seem to be a non-homey feeling. Easy to get to but there are other hotels in the area for the same money.

This is a nice hotel, not a 5 star by any means, but a clean, comfortable place to stay for a short term. Certainly could use some improvements, especially in the area of cleanliness and maintenance. They are a bit stingie on the number of towels they put in the room, and they are still using the covid excuse for not cleaning guest rooms daily. Oh but wait... although the service has been lowered, the pricing certainly has not been!

Good selection and variety for breakfast. Room was very quiet with no noises from other rooms or hallway, even when they were very busy with many guests in for a game. Location confused maps a little and difficult to see where to turn at night with no lamp over the turn off from 121.

We stayed here 3/23/23-3/26/23. This hotel is not maintained at all and the management does not care. We had a suite, room 325. The room had no smoke alarm. The toilet paper holder was missing the holder. The telephone in the room had no cord connecting the handset to the phone. The room was not clean. We had no room service during our stay. The jacuzzi tub did not work. The latch on the closet door was broken. A table lamp had no light bulb. One of the recessed ceiling lights did not work. There was a hole above the mirror in the bathroom where there used to be a light fixture. There was an unfinished drywall repair in the bathroom. The carpet in front of the elevator was filthy. The outdoor jacuzzi was cold. The traffic noise on the front side of the hotel was loud. But the bed was comfortable. There are many other hotels nearby, choose one of them. Do not stay here.

The staff was non-existent. There was almost always a sign at the front desk that says "will return soon".
There were cockroaches running across the floor.
The towels were not changed even though I requested that.
The bed was not made up and the trash was not taken out.
The shower curtain hit 6" above the floor, which led to water getting all over the bathroom.
Wyndham should either take a serious interest in this property or take their name off of it. It was horrible.

I checked into my room on a Sunday, upon entering the room it was not clean. The room was extremely dusty and it obvious that the surfaces had not been cleaned and the floor had not been vacuumed. I went back down to the from desk and explained the situation to the manager. He apologized and gave me another room. I walked up to the room and the door was open, the latch was on the outside of the door. I went back down to the front desk and explained what I saw, he said no one should be in the room. He went up to the room to verify. He came back down and said that housekeeping must have forgotten to undo the latch after cleaning the room. Red flag! I went back up to the room and it was filthy. There was a huge red stain on the carpet, the bed spread had several stains, the room was extremely dust and there were crumbs all over the tables and there were all types of crap all over the carpet. I went into the bathroom and the tub was nasty. I took pictures and went back down to the front desk. I let the manager know that I was not being difficult, but the room was dirty and showed him the pictures. He started typing on the computer and I assumed that he was getting me another room. He then handed me a piece of paper and stated that my reservation had been refunded. I was totally flabbergasted and said that’s it and just wow and walked out of the hotel.
This was the worst customer service that I have ever received and I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay at this establishment. This manager needs to be removed! I had to find another hotel to stay in on the fly, I could not believe that this happened!

This establishment is tired and in need of some serious TLC. My wife and I stayed for five nights, 12 November through 17 November, and I honestly don’t know why we endured the experience for so long. Our room on the second floor, #225, was a suite with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Quite spacious but poorly appointed. The sleeper sofa in the living room was worn, sagging, with stained cushions. The TV was nice but there were no instructions on how to use it. The bedroom was also large with a king bed, one closet with two wooden hangers, one dresser, and two night stands. There was no ceiling light so the room was lit by only two bedside lights with low wattage bulbs. The smoke detector was hanging by wires from the ceiling, and one leg of the bed had been cut off and was propped up by two wooden blocks. The bathroom tub/shower was clean, the water pressure adequate, and there was plenty of hot water., but there were no safety grab bars. The towels were nice. The vanity looked to be recently renovated but had very small surface area. The toilet was low but had a grab bar on its right side and a totally useless grab bar behind it. The vent fan was was hanging from the ceiling. The entire flooring in the unit was faux wood linoleum that had not been washed for quite some time. There was an obvious spill on the linoleum (left by a previous occupant) and when I tried to clean the area the cloth I was using was black with dirt from the floor. The two windows had blackout blinds that could be raised and lowered via a pulley system but would not come down or go up evenly. Lighting throughout the unit was very poor with no ceiling lights in areas where needed. The table lamps were in poor condition with some lacking bulbs and, where there were bulbs they were very low wattage. The second floor hallway was not vacuumed during our entire stay and the carpet was worn and stained. The elevator box was heavily abused by luggage carts. Above the entryway into the hotel there is a pigeon roost and the droppings on the walkway to the hotel have not been cleaned up. This creates a wonderful first impression. The breakfast was adequate and the attendant was friendly and helpful. The young lady that checked us in was pleasant, not so the young man who checked us out. This hotel is in serious need of a complete renovation.

We have always stayed in LaQuinta and always had a good stay, until this one. Overall, the staff was super nice! The appearance of the hotel upon arrival is very nice. However, the room was not cleaned very good, there were mascara stains on the sheets, gunk on the sink, and a bathroom tile floor ripped off. It lacks in cleanliness. The bed was not comfortable and they gave 3 feather pillows that have been used so much they need to find a trash can because it has no support. When we asked for extra pillows and towels they said there were none and when we asked for a rollaway for our son they said that was a fire hazard. The breakfast was surprisingly fantastic and had more options then anywhere I have been in awhile. I don't think the breakfast alone will keep us coming back. It's not worth $170 a night to be uncomfortable and dirty.

We had high exceptions for this hotel, but ran into numerous problems. Here's the list- 1) We were greeted by string offensive smells chemical in the lobby and the 4th floor where our room was. 2) Upon arrival our refrigerator(we thought was not turned on), so we left turned the dial up and when we came back it still was not working. We brought numerous items expecting a fridge that works. Called the front desk and they did not have fridge to give us (not allowed to take fridge from another room). 3) They tried to give us another room on the 4th floor (we wanted to avoid room remodeling going on). We tried two different sets of keys for the same room, but nothing worked. Found out the door lock was unoperational !! So we stayed room and brought ice from the 3rd floor as their was no ice machine on the 4th floor for our cold items. Needed ice for my bum knee. 4) The room we stayed in had mold in the bathroom and was dirty in spots. 5) The hallway floor we stayed stank with an offensive oder. 6) The Breakfast had under cooked sausage available to eat. 7) We decided to check out 2 days early and get out of this place- Thank God!! 8) Left messages for the manager to call me - He never did. 9) Please refund my room charge of $77 and change for what we had to endure.

We had a handicap room, no carpet. Floors needed to be swept and mopped. Furniture and items in room needed to be dusted, bedding was stained too. Breakfast was not ready at 7am, we had to be out the door by 7:10. Lighting at entrance was turned off when we arrived at 9:30pm but turned on by the time we left.
