We arrived on Sunday June 16.2019. We were told that we could have a room on the first floor but that due to the hotel having an extremely loud church service it might be too loud. We chose to take another room. We were assigned room 323 on the third floor. When we open the door I noticed someone was in the bathroom. In a minute a woman came out, apologized, went back in the left after about 2 mins. The bathroom stunk to holy hell. The front desk told us about the church service but failed to tell us that the Direct TV was out in the entire building; still out when we left the next morning. Final round of the US open missed. We stayed at a LaQuinta in Alamo about a year ago, same thing with the TV. This is a new hotel even though the facade is falling and falling off. This whole thing was $92.00 wasted. If LaQuinta doesn't do something about these owners they will go away just many others have. Sad Sad. I haven't received any request about how my visit was; maybe they already know and don't want to ask or fix the systemic problems …
This La Quinta has a full bar with beers on tap in the lobby, which I have never seen one in a La Quinta before. Great service! Clean, friendly, big and great space for breakfast! I will definitely stay again.
The service and the facility were very comfortable, rooms are big , new furniture, excellent hd t.v. and the bathroom are big and nice, the lobby and the bar are great and not forget the swimming pool and the gym to spend the evening
The hotel was nice and clean. Friendly staff. I would stay again. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel had a bar also so that was a very nice addition. Breakfast was modest but good. Kuerigs, microwaves and fridge in room.
Location is great. It’s close to downtown to were we just Ubered ourselves. Hotel has a nice appearance and the rooms are good too. No problems with anything in the room or outside. Even tho we are close to downtown it was very peaceful. Would definitely book again!
