I stayed in this hotel for a night. Checked in at 4pm, left our luggage in the room and went shopping until about 10:30 pm. When we returned to our room all tired out and expecting to get a good nights rest we had been locked out of our room. It turns out they replaced the normal door locks with...

Check-in was fast and painless even late at night. The room looked great--like it had never been stayed in. The contemporary design was implemented with visually appealing, practical furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. The granite bathroom countertop was a nice touch, and the full-height sliding glass door for the shower entry was pretty impressive. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was standard Courtyard, but the room was loud overall. I asked for the top (3rd) floor to eliminate noise from footsteps above but was surprised to find that I was awoken several times by people just walking down the hall next to the room. I could actually feel them walking down...

The McAllen Courtyard is typical for these kind of Hotels. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and professional. Unfortunately they do not offer breakfast, so you have the choice to eather not having breakfast at all or enjoy the small menue of Starbucks. At least the coffee is very good. Positive to mention: they offer a free shuttle to...

Fantastic client service! Manager on duty provided an enthusiastic positive experience both at 11pm on my arrival and 9am the next morning on my departure . This Courtyard is in the midst if a renovation , the Lobby and Bistro is all new, and the room I resided in was brand new as well. Very close to McAllen Airport, walking...

Consistent with Courtyard brand, unfortunately major remodel underway makes for a louder, busier stay than normal. Construction tools and equipment in hallways and corridors made for a small adventure if you take the stairs instead of the elevator but other than that, overall solid hotel. Once renovation is complete, should be back up to expectations.

Stayed here for one night on business. We were not warned about the renovation in progress before arriving, which led to some strange things like no lobby restrooms were available for use.
