The staff was nice up front, yet some maintenance guy was knocking on doors looking for lost TV remotes, being loud! Then there are no elevators, and being a Disabled Vet and stairs didn't help matters.

Needs to be a negative number. Once a customer complains the room has bed bugs, the manager should call to reassure customer that something was done. We even had a doctor look at all the bites - caused by bed bugs. We would stay there all time. Not ever again.

The hotel is dated but the staff was friendly. My main issue with this hotel was its cleanliness. Our bathroom was gross, with mold in the shower and urine stains on the tile floor. Nasty. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

This is an ok place. There’s these little signs that maybe it’s up for sale and someone’s holding off from some upkeep. It’s got a keurig, microwave, small fridge, tv and the furnishings are sparse. Bedding thin & lumpy. One of those nice signs to let you know how much it cost if you take these wonderful things. The front desk guy was nice. Breakfast was hot and usual, with a tip jar for whoever filed the crockpot and warmers? The door doesn’t like to open and it might be 5 swipes from the key card before it opens, 10 swipes if you’re coming from outside. Couldn’t use the toilet as it wouldn’t flush & Vents need cleaning. Pool looked nice. It’s okay

I stayed this past weekend for family weekend and the OSU game. I stayed in room 238 and the air conditioner did not work. After giving up on fighting with the unit, I called the front desk to ask for help. It was midnight. A guy from the front desk came up and said the room was warm. He could not get the unit to work. He said the repair man was at the airport and would be an hour before he could contact him. I was told he could not move us into another room as it was sold out and there was no management on staff until Monday. I was told a note would be left for repair and management. The note was left for repair and on Saturday while we were at the football game a repair man came into our room and DID NOT repair the unit and left our hotel room door open. I came back to the room at 7pm finding my door open and air conditioner still not working. I assumed my sister did not close the door properly when we left. On Monday, I called management and spoke with Jonathan. He told me a repair man was in my room on Saturday and the unit wS blowing cold air. I then realized the repair man left our door open and I notified Jonathan the unit would not stay on. It would blow for two minutes and shut off. Jonathan could not help me as the GM was not on site. Needless to say we stayed in a hot room and the management was unwilling to discount BOTH nights of our stay. They would lot give a refund for me to go to another hotel. Very disappointing! Amanda the owner and GM has refused to return a phone call to discuss the issue.
