Very well furnished (we chose the Victorian Room) from bed and wardrobe to bathrobes and chocolates. Not a speck of dust. Charming hosts, David and Dawn. Probably the best b&b experience for us yet. Can't wait to try the hot tub and enjoy the breakfast.

Across the street from Texas Tech University, the staff is professional and friendly, atmosphere is relaxed and like the home you wished you lived in, food is top quality and plentiful, many of the guests are regulars so us first-timers were instantly welcomed into the group and enjoyed cocktails with lots of laughter and advice on best restaurants, etc. We...

We came here with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson on a one night stop over on our trip to Colorado. My wife had stayed here before, many years earlier. It still has the same in keepers and the biggest change has been everyones age. The kids are grown but the care and friendliness of the owners has remained the same....

This B&B is amazing. I just spent the weekend in Lubbock and hit the jackpot. I was warmly welcomed with fresh baked cookies and an overview of the area. The caboose was delightful. The best restaurant in Lubbock - Cafe J's - was within short walking distance. Breakfast each morning was downright delicious with eggs, ham and great sweet potato...

What a great place to stay. David and Dawn make you feel like family. Their home is your home and the rooms (I've stayed in most of them) are awesome and themed. This weekend my wife and I stayed in the Llano suite. Great view of the pool, main house and some of the campus. The breakfast is on point...

Wonderful property, people and experience. Incredible breakfasts, complimentary wine, homemade cookies, great conversation with interesting folks, excellent location for work at Texas Tech, very nice rooms--all top shelf with zero pretentiousness. I highly recommend Woodrow House and will stay there again on my next trip to Lubbock....if they are not full!!!

We felt as if we were visiting friends in their beautiful home. The owners seem to have thought of everything to make our stay complete. Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed visiting with other guests. Just across the street is Texas Tech campus, and across campus are fun restaurants. This will be our first choice if we visit Lubbock again.

This was an extremely friendly and attractive establishment with wonderful amenities. The rooms were themed and our party stayed in the Victorian and the 50s rooms, both of which combined modern usage with a sense of heritage. There was a swimming pool and hot tub to enjoy outside, coupled with plenty of attractive snacks. Little extras like homemade cookies, local...

The Woodrow House is the BEST place to stay in LBK ever but especially on a football weekend. It feels like home except that we get pampered. The breakfast every morning is exceptional. Walking to and from the games is so much better than fighting traffic and parking. After the game, there's nothing like a nice soak in the hot...

Stayed with David and Dawn at their beautiful house this week. Perfectly placed for Texas Tech and local restaurants. Genuinely welcoming hosts who made us feel really at home from arrival. Presidents room on the ground floor is wonderful, with a private access out to the huge pool and hot tub. All drinks indoors and out are laid on, and...
