I highly recommend everyone to stay elsewhere. The owner of this place was a complete jerk. I had made my reservations and paid. When we arrived he was insisting that no payment was on file. Instead of addressing the situation in a calm and polite manner, he became hostile and when we reciprocated he threaten my family with police and stated, “I don’t want you people”. We are of Hispanic descendant. We left and stayed at HolidayInn instead. It was worth the extra money as opposed to giving it to this uncouth, rude, arrogant, impatient, goof! Why make this person profitable. Upon arrival we noticed this place was generic and poorly maintained. Great thing we did not stay there!

Reservations found by friendly front desk staff. Checked in & got key early even though room wasn’t cleaned yet which worked for me because I was going to a rodeo/concert and would be getting back to room very late. Clean! Comfortable bed. Nice shower head. Lots of hot water at good temperature. Lots of places to plug in phones, CPAP machines and laptops. Plenty of room for suitcases and any other gear you might have. Refrigerator working/cold. Ceiling fan PLUS great air conditioner which is vital in southern Texas :-)

We were looking for a place to stay that didn't cost a lot. This place is economical and took pets. They have nice clean rooms and a nice breakfast area. Having a refrigerator and microwave was a nice added feature. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, Dave and his staff never fell short. They were very accomidating with oour needsas we were down there hunting for several days with trailers and gear that stayed outside, they never fell short and none of our stuff got messed with. The rooms were cleaned every day, not like some hotels where if you stay for a while they only come in every other day. I would definitely reccomend the Fresnos Inn
