My wife and I wanted to go somewhere and just relax for our anniversary. I’m so glad we chose this B&B. The house and grounds were beautiful and our room was amazing. We had Breakfast the first morning and the table was decorated for our anniversary. Breakfast both mornings was outstanding. My wife and I enjoyed the afternoon tea and it was the highlight of our weekend. We are definitely going back when it’s time to relax again!

Had a wonderful time in Llano for one night. This is a historic home with lots of TLC added. Flower garden was immaculate and location is a few blocks to downtown and the river - walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very personable and friendly with lots of tips to do while in the area.

My wife and I came to Llano for a weekend getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived early Friday afternoon, left Saturday evening and everything was great! We were originally scheduled to stay through Sunday morning, but we had to leave early to go back to Austin to check on our home after severe storms hit there. Jack & Virginia were excellent hosts. Their house has a lot of character inside and out. Breakfast was soooo good. Virginia’s banana bread is a must! The house was very clean and well kept. We wish we could have stayed the whole weekend, but will definitely stay here the next time we visit Llano!

Wonderful old private home, beautifully restored with all the modern conveniences. The gardens are amazing! We stayed over Easter and the special decorations were so tasteful, understated, and a true joy to see. The couple who run the B&B, the Walkers, are as nice as can be. Remember this is an historic home --no elevator -- so might not be the place for you if you have mobility issues or need assistance with luggage But otherwise, this is five-star all the way!

This is a lovely Bed and Breakfast. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of space and a nice walk in shower. Breakfast was outstanding. Virginia is a wonderful chef! The one thing that stands out is this place is impeccably clean. I have never stayed in a place this clean and we travel quite often and in more expensive hotels. I have to say I was hesitant to book a B&B as we had unpleasant experiences in the past. This stay changes my perspective. I loved hearing Jack play his guitar and sing. We were treated like special guests!
