Recommended. We're IHG Spire Elite members. We booked this hotel after making the mistake of booking the Hampton Inn (next door) where we also hold Diamond Elite Status as Hilton Honors members (avoid this Hampton Inn). This hotel is clean and well appointed. Service is prompt, courteous and with a smile. There's three floors. We were on the third floor....

We had several parties stay here for a nearby wedding at the end of October 2016. It took just a single call directly to the hotel to have a block of rooms set aside on the same floor for our group. The property was very clean, the staff was exceedingly friendly, especially the woman that attended the stocking of food...

This was a nice place to stop over for the night on way to Galveston. A bit hard to find with our even with our navigation helping along the way. Very friendly desk staff. Our room was great. The bed was a little hard for my taste but not bad. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Would be glad to...

Accompanied my boyfriend on his business trip here and thought the hotel was okay. The Internet was spotty and the shower takes several minutes to heat. Hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. Smells a little dusty.

Hotel was very clean, the staff was great. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was the beds. This was our second night in a Holiday Inn Express and the beds were not good in either hotel. Sleeping on the floor would have been better for my back. I will probably avoid this chain in the future.

It is a little hard to find as the GPS takes you to a different hotel on the road and the Holiday Inn is behind that hotel. There is plenty of parking and the front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quite with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is included and was surprisingly good. Most of the...

Clean room, clean facility, serves complimentary breakfast, easy on there checkout time. It is a little hard to find. They are hidden off 59. Price is reasonable and it's very quiet. They offer hook ups for rvs.

Clean rooms and facility, would stay again. Could be difficult to find without phone or detailed map. Quiet overnight, nice early breakfast selection. Even with a large meeting going on over the weekend, facility handled the large crowd very well.

My son was recently was married at our family farm in the Livingston, TX area. We were somewhat concerned about visitor accommodations due to the small number of hotels available. We chose the HIE and they gave us a nice rate for a block of rooms. When we asked if they could extend the deadline (we hadn't heard back from...

We had made advance reservations for this hotel. Upon our arrival, we checked in and went to the assigned room on the first floor. While approaching, we observed a large fan in the hall outside a room that appeared to be drying the room. When we walked in our room, the odor was horrible. Mildew and mold. We left immediately...
