This place has it all! And it is gated! A pool. A lodge room with niceties.Hi speed wi-fi. So friendly! The people, both permanent people to help with everything and transient RVers who are neighborly!
Kerrville, TX. Triple T RV Resort. Stayed a week. Campground is off of Hwy173, about 5 miles outside of town. Jim is a good campground host! There is a Lodge with a pool table that in the evenings it was fun to have a place to enjoy! Good hook ups, but WiFi is basic and no streaming. A very Country feel! Great shower house! Good laundry facilities but get very busy, which is also by a small work out room. There are many long term residents and lots of short term stays. Big Rig friendly! We were in a Class A with slides and did not feel squeezed in. We tow, so being outside of town wasn’t a problem. It is a PA ground in the summer. We would stay again!
Our family was looking for a place to settle down and Call home for a few months. After 20 days and several negative encounters with the manager, we moved across town to old river rd rv Park and feel very at home and peaceful here.
My husband and I stayed at TTT recently when we were under mandatory evacuation from Rockport, TX because of Hurricane Harvey. We went there with 7 others from our neighborhood. Yes, TV channels were limited and wifi was a little slower than we were used to but in the large recreation hall, the amenities were fabulous. We were able to watch news of the storm, surf the web and cook meals together. Jim & the rest of the staff were very helpful and we were so happy to have a great place to stay while waiting to be allowed back to our homes. It is a beautiful RV resort and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the Hill Country.
Points are for the pull through site being long enough that we didn't have to unhook the truck and there was room for my car and trailer I use to pull our 4 wheel bicycle. We used Passport America. I would have been very upset if we had paid full price. Free Satellite TV is listed in the amenities. It is 12 channels and in my opinion does not qualify as an amenity. Free Wifi is also listed. Sorry, .39mbps is only dismal service. Having to wait 5 minutes to get a result from a search is not worth the effort. There is much road noise and the location is farther out if town than we would have preferred. There are better options in Kerrville. We would not stay here again.
