Kinda a run down motel but not horrible, the only issue I had was how many times they came BEFORE checkout time to see if we were ready to check out. 1st the maid then another guy and a phone call and then another check from the guy again. They REALLY want you out by 11am. We sat in the...

This place is pretty basic. The location is good; not too far from the downtown area and near some restaurants. It could use some updating though. The shelves and fixtures in the bathroom had obviously been repaired a number of times. The staff is very friendly. If you're just in for one night during a road trip, this will do.

We stayed here for one night. Motel is clean and reasonable. Front desk is very helpful and courteous. It is very bare of niceties. For the price, it is okay. Never did see anything about the free breakfast.

Let me start by saying that this place is not the Hilton. But, it is clean, comfortable, dated but not unacceptable. I highly recommend this place to those on a budget! The management is friendly and professional, good ice machines for sodas etc, and comfortable clean beds!

Honestly due to the reviews we were worried this place would be a total dump! I can definitely say I've had no choice but to stay in worse! This place really was a life saver last night! We'd been on the road all day and by 1:30am we were EXHAUSTED! It was the only place with rooms in town. My...

Did not receive total refund because first I was told it was because I made reservation online...then he tells my credit card co. that it was a cleaning fee...

The room was furnished with microwave & frig. The king size bed was very comfy! The staff were very curtious and very...

We come to Jefferson every year & have stayed at this motel many times, but it has gone down hill. We will not be staying here again, our room was not cleaned when we checked in, we did not even have a phone to call the front desk. We had a coffee pot but no coffee & when I went...

“If you do stay here ask for rooms in the back. It will keep road noise down and the west sun out of your room. If you are a hunter and early riser then I suppose this doesn't matter. If you are used to clean rooms without stains and used soap then don't stay here.”
