Excellent accommodations and home and beautiful yard. Excellent innkeeper. Clean little town makes you yearn for yesteryear. Loved it, second time there plan to return. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the porch great place to listen to music, have a glass os wine 🍷 and chill. The grounds are beautifully maintained and manicured.

We have stayed at a few Bed & Breakfast around the state and this was an excellent pick. Our hostess, Jodi was absolutely fantastic!! From her gift of knowledge, the history of the town, and the general atmosphere of everything involved was great. It made for a pleasant and relaxing weekend. The breakfast she provided was , may I say, Awesome!! If Jodi could control the weather I would nominate her for mayor of the town. We will be back when the weather cools down!!

Stop searching properties and just book this one. Super clean and quaint!! We stayed in the "West Room" and it was so cute and the windows let in tons of light. It was also quiet at the front of the house except for the trains that pass throughout the day and night - which is a big part of the ambiance of being in Jefferson (read the history about the railway and Jay Gould). We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch with our wine & snacks listening to the frogs croaking and the wind was whipping nicely through the trees. Just a lovely setting and lots of seating choices about the property. The breakfast was AMAZING (thanks Jodi, our gracious host/cook) and it was fun talking to all the guests in the morning. Great amenities, complimentary wine, soft drinks, coffee, snacks - all 24 hours. Great attention to detail and the decor was so fun. The purpose of our trip was a last-minute quick roadie to celebrate my 60th bday and retirement - and now I have a great memory of that. Thanks Azalea Inn for your hospitality!

My husband and I spent three nights at the Azalea Inn, along with my sister and her husband. The B&B was wonderful, so beautifully decorated and in a great location. Our rooms were comfortable and inviting. Breakfast by Jodi was amazing, complementary soft drinks, juices, coffee. Such a great place. Visits by Butterbean the cat were a bonus! Some rooms with central heat/air. Ours was in the front of the house and we had a window unit, which kept us very, very comfortable. Jefferson and Caddo Lake are amazing places to visit; and this very lovely B&B was the perfect place to stay.

I spent two nights here by myself to work on a speech that I had to give. I stayed in the Benners Room right off the back porch. The bed was wonderful! Jody is a great host and a fantastic cook. It is a beautiful home with plenty of parking. I enjoyed the back porch on a breezy sunny spring afternoon. Jody is the go to person for Jefferson history. Lovely experience!

The rooms and common areas are beautiful and full of interesting antiques. However, unfortunately, not one of our favorites. The owners live in another city and have a very part-time innkeeper. Luckily we have realatives in the area to make recommendations. Very noisy trains and nearby highway. Ears are provided for sleeping.

We stay at this beautiful and special house for one night. There are lots of cool decorations. Most of all, the breakfast is AMAZING. We enjoy our night here and will definitely book again when we visit Caddo lake again.

We have stayed in Jefferson at several different hotels and Bed & Breakfast places, but Azalea is our favorite. I can not say enough wonderful things. The room was spacious and clean, bed was super comfortable and the sheets were divine, breakfasts were delicious and Jodie, the innkeeper, was amazing. It is close to a wonderful restaurant, The Stillwater Inn, and the historic area is just a short drive away. I would recommend to everyone. It will become your favorite as well!

We stayed there over a weekend and we’re treated like royalty. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Quiet and relaxing (except for frequent trains going by with horns). We’ll definitely stay there again in the future.

My sister and I spent two nights here. We stayed in The West Room. Nice quiet room at the front of the house. Our innkeeper was Jodi. I can’t say enough good things about this sweet lady. She is gracious, funny and an awesome cook. The new owner happened to be there while we were there along with her sister and her family. All of them were so nice and accommodating Of course, we all had breakfast together and it was like having breakfast with family. Truly enjoyed our stay
