Pretty typical red roof, we stayed here mainly because of the airport shuttle and it was easy. We’re weren’t waiting more than 10mins at the airport when they picked us up and they easily had seats available when we needed to get back to the airport. Room was ok, clean and comfortable. Good price and as mentioned airport shuttle going all day around the clock. Only problem we had was that there was heaps of riff raff about the place. People loitering around outside the rooms. Not sure what that was all about but rooms seemed secure

I have stayed here several times and they just finished renovating the rooms with new furniture, they look great! Good value for your money, there’s a Denny’s next door for whenever hunger strikes, extremely convenient!

I rarely give anything but four or five ratings. Not only was this about as horrendous of an experience as you can have, but the insult to it was the hotel’s response. I arrived at 1 AM after way too much travel during the day including delays. It took about one hour to get the shuttle to come to where I was which is a mixed hotel shuttle. Once I get to the hotel, a very rude night auditor ended up giving me a key to my room and explained it was the last one on property so I need to be happy with it. I went to the room and it was obviously occupied as my key did not work and the blinds were closed. I went back to the front desk agent and she told me that she had no other rooms but one that was smoking. As I am essentially allergic to smoke, I told her this was Unacceptable and she told me that I didn’t have a choice since the manager was “a curse word “and would never give me a refund so I better just stay there. Upon entering the room, they only had the room and slept and showered in, but there was dog hair all over the bed and it reeked of smoke. I went back to the front desk where she was not present at and decided to walk across the street and take the last room at the next hotel which was decent. They indeed did charge me for my credit card which they never swiped from Booking.com. I disputed it with Amex and of course win the dispute. It looks like red roof corporate left the response to my review on Booking.com which was an absolute joke. They obviously do not care about their awful franchises. Beware of this hotel... sleep in the airport before booking this place. Photos are from the essentially clean room I was told that was nothing of the sort.

Old,badly maintained,rude staff. We got to be in three rooms. The last had the door threshold leaning up against the wall. Bracket for ironing board broken. Wires hanging out the wall where a fire alarm was. And that was the good room. The second we did not stay long so I am sure I did not see it completely. The smell was of cigars. The first room had cracked paint. The first lights did not work. The wall light had a push button switch that was broken. About midnight water is coming through the ceiling light. The maintenance guy comes and was very apologetic. I call the desk to request another room. I go to the desk and get attitude and grunts. No apologies. The second time all she said was it is a no smoking room. More grunts. I thank her and she goes umm hum. I will never stay in a Red Roof again.
