I love this hotel from the moment I walked in the door! The decor is like a warehouse loft and the staff is just amazing. My rainfall shower was the perfect recharge after a day in the TX summer sun. The bed was comfortable and made me wish I didn't have things to do the next morning. I wanted to stay in bed all day with the remote by my side. The ONLY drawback is there is no ice machine on every floor. My room was on the 5th floor and the closest one was 3 floors down. That ice machine was out of order, so I had to make a trek to another area of the hotel for ice. But, all in all, I couldn't be happier and I won't consider any other hotel whenever I'm in Irving, TX.

Judi in the breakfast area is an all star who worked her butt off and took full ownership of the experience. Southern hospitality at its utmost finest. I would encourage the hotel to do what it needs to in order to keep her as it’s rare these days to find restaurant employees as dedicated to their craft as she was this morning.

My two sisters and I were in Las Colinas for the opening of the new Tupelo Honey restaurant here and wanted a nearby hotel. How fortunate we were to end up at the NYLO Las Colinas! From the moment we walked through the door we were impressed by the cool industrial vibe and the incredible, warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive and professional. Ilia is the perfect person for the front desk, offering a friendly welcome and responding to every question and request in a helpful and pleasant manner. The beds were heavenly, the rainfall shower was amazing, and the pool was a wonderful antidote for the hot Texas sun. Our stay was better than we could have imagined! Thanks to all.

This is our favorite go-to place to stay when we’re in Dallas! The beds are so comfy, the aesthetic is modern and lovely, and the staff is exceptionally kind and professional! Our favorite friendly face is Ashley B who makes us feel cozy and welcome. Her smile and kindness lights up the front desk! We wound up extending our stay an extra night. Erika and Fatima were great at the front desk. Judy in breakfast was a bright ray of sunshine and hospitality….last but not least was Ashley who upgraded us to the coolest suite around! The grits were amazing!!!! Only issue was they forgot to apply my jyway benefits properly. I loved it so much, I decided to come back again the next two night…hopefully in that same suite;)

Such a fun hotel! Great parking, easy checkin. Loved the whole vibe. The pool was beautiful, the staff very welcoming. I would highly recommend. Very quiet and easy to get around area. We will most definitely stay again. If you have this as a choice, book it.

The hotel itself seems pretty cool. The rooms are a decent size. However the shower let’s water splash all over the floor and my hand is bigger than the sink. You can barely get your face in front of it to brush your teeth. House keep only comes if you ask which is annoying and it seems like only Hilton is still using this pandemic as an excuse. Any other hotel chains I stay at clean your room daily.
