Overall, a great place to stay. The inside decor is outstanding. The breakfast was outstanding. The exterior definitely needs more work. Also, please pay close attention to the directions. If you miss the turn into...
The hotel is relatively new, modern, and is convenient to Dallas Love Field, The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel like welcome guests.
Fantastic service, clean rooms, an overall excellent stay, and great customer service. It’s the best experience I had in a long time. If I ever visit Dallas again I’m definitely staying here, Very clean facility...

Free parking, I wish they had more tv channels to choose from or the option for Netflix.
I stayed here for a week while on business and found the hotel to be okay! Breakfast was poor and overpriced, even with my daily credit. Hampton offer a better breakfast for free. The staff were helpful and some...
Great location and perfectly fine for a couple of days for a business trip. This is a fairly new Fairfield property that’s right by a ton of restaurants and love field making it in the perfect location for...
We cannot say THANK YOU enough for the incredible stay and hospitality that Deon and the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Dallas/Love Field showed our large group.
This property was the old Four Seasons resort and now a Marriott Ritz Carlton. The front desk advised they will be undergoing a major renovation soon. Until then, even with rooms that are a little dated decor-wise, the property still provides a first class experience from room comfort and cleanliness to the friendly and accommodating front desk to their in-room dining experience. I made two separate last minute reservations and ended up with upgraded rooms both times. The front desk was really helpful with my late check out requests. In-room dining for breakfast was fresh, nice portions and able to make substitutions with ease. If you need to be in Irving, TX for work or pleasure, this is still the place to be for a stay with a nice touch of luxury.
Ownership changed from Four Seasons and the spa was terrible. More expensive, diminished services, and all electronic devices are banned, even a kindle to read a book. They just want you to pay and leave, vs the Four Seasons encouraged you to enjoy the locker room, have lunch, and relax. Not the new ownership! They don’t have a clock, but don’t dare look on your phone for the time. Plenty of other spas in this area who treat their customers better.
We booked a special rate which included a $200 spa credit per night. At check out there was some confusion and we were not given the credit. After going back and forth, were assured it was corrected and we would be emailed the receipt. The next day we received it and we were still charged the extra $400. We have tried multiple times to reach someone and have not been able to do so. Do not leave without the receipt in person. Otherwise the resort was dated, but nice. Beautiful grounds. We usually stay at the Crescent and really thought we had found a new place but with the dishonesty on the charges we will not be back.
I was so pampered by Omar, the front desk manager, Kim the concierge, Tolga, the room manager, Marcus, the front desk manager, Andres at the front desk. I spoke to Todd Morrow, the General Manager, who was tremendously gracious. I appreciated the valet staff, Louis, at the concierge desk and every person that I interacted with! We were tremendously pampered and so spoiled by our stay! We even had a Christmas tree in our room and wine and snacks. It was beyond our expectations. I hope that this review goes through as I have had difficulties. I came for a staycation with my son. I have been coming here to this resort for staycations for 35 years!
I booked the hotel through the Four Seasons and then found out that ownership had changed. It was to be a staycation for 2 nights over Christmas when my son was visiting. I was concerned when I learned that it was now a Marriott. I spoke to Marcus, the front desk manager and he assured me that it was to be a Ritz Carlton. I have traveled the world and stayed at Four Seasons and Ritz Carltons and always have been very pleased by the high standard of service. I can't wait to spend Christmas at the resort. My son and I always go to the holiday brunch when he is in town for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. We are going at 11 am so that we can take pictures of the desserts before they are disturbed - they have high heel shoe desserts! Thank you Marcus!
