It is located near the airport and the hotel provides shuttle service with a comfortable van. Not noisy. Rates are reasonable. The staff are friendly. Vending machines available at the entrance. The facilities are somewhat in need of upgrading.

I stayed here once before in 2021 and it literally was just to plop into bed, sleep, shower then grab a shuttle to catch an early morning flight so I didn't have time to really examine the hotel. This time around I had an evening arrival but a midday departure the next day so not being a rush, I was able to really look around. First the location: it, and many other hotels in the area are to serve the airport only. There is nothing around it walking-wise but perhaps if one had a car, something could be within driving distance. The shuttle was a bit of a hassle getting from the airport to the hotel but wasn't so bad in reverse. I was grateful for the ESIM that I bought before hand or else I would have had to catch an over charged taxi. Two gentlemen on the shuttle the next morning had to do that and they were charged $40 to go no more than 7kms by the taxi drive as a "flat rate". I booked a corner room for the feeling of space. Glad I did because I forgot just how small the rooms there are. A big bed, love seat, desk, a mini-fridge were all included plus a coffee maker which was a nice touch but there was not a lot of space otherwise. I didn't notice how small the room was back in 2021 probably because of how tired I was then. The bed was comfortable and the towels were good quality too. The windows are not the most sound proof so there was airplane noise, which again, I didn't notice in 2021. The furniture had wear and tear and I think the entire hotel overall is in need of a refresh. It isn't horrible, but certainly, the age is showing. I had breakfast as well the next morning and it wasn't too bad. Check in agent was very nice and personable while the check-out agent, despite there being no line, rushed me through the process and I could barely ask about the return shuttle before I got the hint that she wanted me away from the front desk. After being there twice, if I have another layover in Dallas, I think I will examine one of the other hotels in the area, for difference, and perhaps something a little more modern.

Newly renovated room was already in rough shape. Broken toilet, main light didn't work, TV didn't work, no holder for the shower amenities (left on the floor). Room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay, but not impressed otherwise.

Overnight stay in between flights. Front desk staff very friendly and quick. Lobby and restaurant was freezing, but very cold outside for the area. Bartender was super nice. My dinner arrived cold but still good. I was starving and agin in was freezing and so food probably got cold on way out. Our room had two beds. I shared one with my teen daughter and it was a tight squeeze and didn’t sleep well. My husband slept alone. I think they were double beds and not queens. For the price I would expect queen size beds. Other than freezing lobby/restaurant/small beds the place is clean and quiet. Good for business travelers. Don’t recommend for families due to small beds.

The older rooms are in poor shape. The sheets/comforter were not clean and the room had only one accessible outlet. I was not given the room I had booked and the hotel staff was unfriendly and not willing to assist. The outlet situation made working in the room extremely difficult.

They replaced all our keys mid-stay. I didn't find out until I got up to my room and couldn't get in, so I had to go back to the lobby to get a new key. The room service phone line was busy every time I called. I had to call the front desk and have them transfer me.

Ran out of coffee every morning; long line of people with cups waiting. Elevators broke down. Steps led to Emergency exit doors only causing people to walk back up. Unwilling to offer late checkout. Room not made up. Don't recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel as I’m a bonvoy member and needed a hotel for a night to break up an overseas flight. The hotel offered airport pick up and drop off which intrigued me to book. Upon landing, I called the hotel for a ride. Took 30 minutes to get picked up. Probably would have been faster to take a cab or Uber. Upon pulling up to the hotel, the parking lot was full of potholes and the exterior looked dated. Upon check in, the staff was nice and answered our questions. We were given our key and on our way to our room. We got to the room and it was dark and very outdated. The bathroom needed a lot of help also. Being late and tired we decided to have dinner at Whiskey Tango the hotel bar. The bar tender was by far the nicest person working there. He answered our questions about the menu and even answered questions on things to do in the area. Surprising enough, the food was actually good. All said and done, I’m glad we were only staying one night. I expect more out of Marriott Bonvoy properties. If I ever happen to be in the DFW airport area again, I would absolutely pick a different hotel.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed at almost all the different Marriott brands in the area and this is the first place actually treat me as what I expected to as a lifetime titanium elite member. I got a little nicer room at the club level and all the staff have been friendly, especially the two at the club lounge were responsive and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

I am not sure if this is the type of hotel that Marriott Bonvoy wants associated with its name. Here a just a few of the bad service and condition of this hotel. To start off the front desk lacked any courtesy for those of us who travel for a living and have reach an elite status. They put me in a room that was hot, muggy and not very well cleaned. I dared to ask to be changed rooms and without verifying I was told no that is the room they had for me. The amenities in the room were dirty, the bath was dirty, and the toilet looked as if someone had recently used it and not cleaned after them. I had no choice as I had been traveling for many hours, but that was not the welcome expected nor the respect, not asking much, from a Bonvoy hotel. I will never stay there, nor would I recommend someone that expects quality to stay at this hotel.
