Dave, Misael, Jese, and Lupe were excellent with the valet! 10/10 recommend! They were so quick when calling to get the car and courteous! They even were so nice enough to pull our car back out after we mistakingly left something in it. You don’t always see this kind of service these days!

Hotel's Favorite
Staff was great and attentive, house keeping was on top of any potential issues. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was well designed and parking was easy and a few steps from the hotel entrance.

Upon our arrival at the Omni in Las Colinas, we were taken aback by the grandeur of the lobby and the surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the added convenience of valet on site made coming in and out a breeze! Jay, the overnight, blew me away as he had our name memorized and always greeted us with a smile right away. The only negative to our stay would be the suite we stayed in, which seemed extremely outdated compared to the modernity of the arrival area. It needs an update and a refresh across the whole area. It served its purpose, but definitely needs work to reflect the elegance of the Omni brand.

Stayed in a "Las Colinas" suite, which was an odd shaped room with 2 entry doors and a pantry. The bathroom was tiny and dark and looked a bit secondhand. It could definitely use renovation. No cotton buds, pads etc. No bottled water, no ice machine. Parking cost me $18 / day but I'm not sure how else you would get there. It's a long walk from anywhere! Room service has limited choice, is only available certain hours and comes in plastic containers like Uber Eats. On the plus side the location is pretty, the gym is well equipped and quiet and the beds are comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here Fri. To Sun. End of March 2022. Easy to find. Nice circle drive. Valet men were excellent. A little different layout in the lobby area. The lobby, lobby bar, and the main restaurant are all together in a rectangle. A little small for all three, but it works pretty well. All employees the entire weekend were excellent and friendly. Kyle Brown checked us in. We was great! Really enjoyed interacting with him. He took great care of us, and quickly. This is one hotel that you definitely want a high floor with a view of the canal. And if you can swing a little extra, a corner room with the canal view. It’s beautiful. You can take Gondola rides! That’s a great time. The room was pretty standard Omni. Nice and comfortable. Safe, fridge, Keriug, flatscreen with movies available, very comfortable bed. We slept great. This is a older building and it does show in a few ways. Not to many plug-ins. I couldn’t find a USB port anywhere. Every time the air conditioner shut off, there was some noise. But all in all, it was a very nice room. My wife and I always look for a hotel with a nice pool. After a multi million dollar renovation, they got it going on here. That’s where this Omni shines. It is absolutely beautiful and a fun area. Pool bar, great music, hot tub ( that’s where Frisco messed up on there pool area, no hot tub ) lots of umbrellas, large shallow area in the pool with chairs and little tables was really fun. One big reason we go to Dallas metro area Omni’s are there heated pools. Just because this is Texas, doesn’t mean the water doesn’t get way to cold in the early spring, winter, and early fall. This is the biggest ding I have to put on this weekend. The water was cold! My wife couldn’t get in. After talking to a employee, they had shut off the heaters because it got up to 85 during the day. But it still got very cool at night. It was cold. But, we want to come back in the summer. I highly recommend this hotel.

Came to Onni in Los Colinas for the yearly event to help out and donate to the crack babies born to moms that decided to have there babies adopted or removed. Sebastian in the vallet was so helpful in getting my stuff out of the car and parked my car and desk clerk Scott unloaded and lifted for me and took my stuff downstairs. The event was great thank you the hotel is pretty even though I didn’t get to sleep there.

Our stay was amazing. The service at the Omni was above and beyond! My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff so kindly accommodated several special requests. The valet was also incredible! We saw quite a few of their staff in the course of our stay and each one was highly professional. Fernando, David, & Misael were rockstars!
