From the time I entered the hotel as a diamond member I was treated like family. The hotel was actually having their Christmas party for the staff and of course I was invited to attend. The food was amazing and so was all of the staff.

Hotel's Favorite
The hotel was clean, breakfast service was perfect with friendly staff. The hotel host was exceptionally conscientious regarding the comfort of the guests. I loved that he monitored the halls and surroundings when he could. We really appreciated that. Nice job!

I had an outstanding stay in Huntsville, TX at the Hampton Inn & Suites thanks to Elida, who was working at the front desk. Elida was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Breakfast was amazing, not the typical cold cereal and stale muffins found in other chains.

The hotel is dirty, smelly, the floors are sticky, basic accomodations were not provided, phone was broken, tv remote not programmed, and the staff didn't apologize for anything. We will never use this hotel again.

Over the years I have stayed at this property several times while at events for Sam Houston State University. This will be my last time. It has turned into a nasty hotel. The floors are sticky and unclean, not vacuumed, and the room that I had smelled like a dog and apparently was covered with some sort of deodorizer because it got worse as the night progressed. The room was not clean. I truly believe that the bedspread had not been changed and smelled like dog. There is a Hotel 50 feet from this one consider it first even if it cost more. The breakfast was nonexistent at 7:30 in the morning. There were no eggs,no sausage, no service and just not the same visit as in the past.

I have stayed at several Hampton Inns in the past without issues however this experience could very well be my last. My room did not feel clean at all. The smell was over powering and everything (floors,walls, table tops, and vanity) was sticky. The bathroom floor had a soft spot in it that made you feel you were going to fall through. The walls had dirty spots on them. I wish I would have read reviews prior to booking this hotel; I never would have expected this from a Hampton inn.

Checked in and got to room to find the large barn type door for the bathroom was off its track and the heavy door wouldn't move. It sure would have been nice to have privacy when paying $155 for a few hours stay. Went to call the desk to ask for help with the door and the phone did not work. Went to the front desk where I was told no maintenance staff was on duty. Requested another room and was told the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. Asked to speak to the manager and was told she will be in tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning came and Molly said she cant help me, I need to talk to Sandra. I had to get to Galveston for a cruise ship so I had to catch up with Sandra later. Sandra dodged repeated calls and never would talk to me...she was always conducting interviews and couldn't come to the phone to address my issues or hear my concerns. I ignored the negative reviews before booking but as I read them again, they are spot on. Please consider other hotels in the area to save the aggravation.…

The refrigerator was being cooled by a melted icepack. I was offered another room because there was no maintenance person on duty. That refrigerator was not better. In addition, the room smelled and the bathroom was not cleaned well. I checked out of the hotel two hours later and was charged the entire week. Now they are saying they have to look at security cameras to see that I checked out. My first stay here about four years ago, was decent and my experience different. However, I would not recommend these accommodations now.

Bad customer service, dirty rooms , pillows were like a pillow case with something stuffed inside !! The bathroom floors were sticky! Nothing good to say about this place ! Fairfield Inn next door was 100%better ! We moved next door ! Don’t waste your money
