I am disagreeing with your health policy as my wife and I had a terrible experience at your hotel and we were not taken serious by the staff. We woke up after the first night and we were covered by this terrible smell coming from the linen. Our bodies, hair, faces smelled horrible (the closest thing I could describe is perhaps the stinch of dirty feet) so I immediately called the Front Desk and told them about it. I was told they will have House Keeping make sure the room is clean. After the call, we undressed the entire bed and placed all the linens by the front closet, we realized the smell was coming from the pillows themselves, so on our way out we notified the Front Desk staff to please “replace” the pillows AND that we did NOT want those same pillows. The lady at the Front Desk seemed horrified and assured us that she will have have House Keeping take care of that. Later that day, we come back to the same pillows, we verified because the stink persisted, I am not even sure if they replaced any of the rest of the linen and just made the bed again. I proceeded to call the Front Desk and asked for the Manager on Duty who came to the room, apologized and took the pillows. Minutes later House Keeping dropped off 4 small pillows and not the regular size that they removed. This experience was not something I expected from this hotel. I’m very disappointed for the lack of concern towards the guests.

The Omni is comfortable and secluded right off The Loop near The Galleria. We travel to Houston for its fabulous dining scene and it's within close driving distance to many of the best restaurants. We usually stay at The Houstonian and love the warm, clubby atmosphere and good pool and fitness scene there. The rooms at The Omni are quieter, however, as the walls at The H are quite thin. Although it's nice, I wish The Omni had a better pool environment with lusher plants and furnishings for a more festive or beautiful atmosphere-it's a little stark. The gym is small but well supplied.

So I had a $70 credit for food. But no one told me it was a one time transaction which means they expected me to each $70 worth of food n one day. They need explain to there customers better cause has I known I was gonna be charged for 3 other the 5 meals that should have been covered on my credit. Trying to get over when I spent $800 staying there. Nope there are many other nice hotels that have better service like Hotel Derek or the Aloft but never will it be the Omni.

Stayed here for a wedding nearby. Hotel is very nice. Very comfortable beds and cold a/c. Service was excellent. My son and I wanted dinner so we had to drive as nothing is within walking distance- but I guess that’s relative to how far you want to walk. Ate breakfast in restaurant, limited menu, but good food. Menu is not kid friendly. Again, very nice

This is an oasis in the middle of the Galleria area. Great find! I enjoyed the staff. The room is dated a little older style less modern but Cery Nice and clean. Best place to stay in this area of Houston. Wish it was a little closer to the shops so you could park and walk like the Westin but the seclusion is also nice
