I have frequented this hotel for the past 7 years, while the facility itself can use some updates, the staff and level of service exceeds all expectations. To start off, front desk personnel are more than accommodating. Rince, Ahmed and pata are great! My children love Rince and are always so excited to see him and he welcomes them like family. Mimi and Sylvia at Starbucks are amazing alway providing fast, friendly service. It was so great to stay at this hotel again. We haven’t traveled since covid and my family couldn’t be more comfortable and feel more at home than at this hotel and it is all due to the STAFF. So please take note they staff is beyond amazing and if management sees this, please reward them. They are the reason we are platinum lifetime members!
I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have never been disappointed. It is sad to see how COVID-19 has taken a hit on this wonderful property. The restaurant and bar are closed, which is understandable. All the staff members I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. They really made the stay more enjoyable, considering the circumstances. The room was clean, cold and comfortable. The only negative would be the cost for self-parking but I would still highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed here for 2 nights after I had surgery in the area on Friday. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and the tv in the room was HUGE! It was very disappointing to see how hard the hotel was hit by Covid. The staff and amenities were minimal. Nothing was open. No restaurant or hotel bar. No coffee bar. Very sad. But under the circumstances the hotel was great!!!
Mimo and the entire valet team were outstanding. We were recently at the Marriott for an extended stay and had the pleasure of interacting with the valet team every day. The entire team was professional, friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The service I received at this hotel was unbelievable. I am a titanium bonvoy member and travel often. Before checking in I asked for a room with a tub due to a recent pinched nerve. When I got to my room I was in shock. First was that it was a suite and second was the sweet note with a Lush gift. This was so thoughtful. This is one reason why I am a loyal Marriott member. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Rosie.
