From check in to breakfast at the Stray House (Mohammed was our waiter), the team at the JW Galleria did everything to make our first trip to Texas memorable and welcoming! We were delayed getting in and checked in at midnight, and the overnight team was so welcoming and recommended breakfast to us. We’re so glad we checked it out! I had the buffet — the omelet bar was awesome! My wife had the breakfast tacos and those took the cake — the tortillas were so high quality, nothing like what we’ve had in the Midwest. We’ll definitely stay here again. What a great team!

Pro-Herron is a spectacular waiter and completes the meal. Overworked and understaffed, yet a customer would never notice. Offers suggestions and remembers diet needs. Con- present front desk checkin staff in the evening arrival non-responsive until I had to ask for assistance

Wow! What an incredible team and an awesome customer experience. From check in to check out, it was a brief but pleasant stay. The food and beverage team were attentive, helped me understand what fun things to do in the area, and they even helped me get a bit of juice in my phone before I headed out for the night. 100/10 would recommend.

Excellent service by Oriana during dinner @ Stray Horse! Impressive attention to details, you feel like eating at home. She is the manager, but worked like anyone else in the team to make guests welcome. She took the time to suggest off-menu combinations of salads with proteins. I also noticed the great chemistry she had with her team of waiters and bartenders. 5 stars!!!

The staff are so warm and welcoming. The rooms are spotless. The restaurant is wonderful. The menu choices are all first class. Martha, our daily server, could not have been nicer. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and always did it with a smile.

Love this hotel. All staff are great. Mohammed at breakfast makes guests feel at home. We stayed as a family but have been many times on business as well. Good location in Houston with access to Galleria locations

I wish I could give a zero rating I was charged $53.00 For a long distance call from Houston to Mississippi because my phone died will not ever stay here again Staff was friendly.they should warn up when you pick up the phone & dial the number of how much it would be .

The hotel has been kept up quite well, the room was relatively quiet, and the gym was very good. However, for the price, the room was no overly special and at the lower end of recent JW Marriott rooms I’ve stayed at while traveling or in comparison to rooms at some higher end Hilton properties. Staff was also very attentive.

Room was immaculate and clean, bed comfortable. The service at the restaurant downstairs, Stray Horse for breakfast was amazing! Martha is so kind, welcoming and overly attentive making you feel truly at home. Highly recommend the food and thank you to Martha for another great experience.
