Decided to stay at this location for a girls weekend. Check in was extremely easy. Valet is a bit expensive (I hate the high costs) but responsive when I needed to go in and out. Staff was attentive and helped when we needed them. There was a mix up at check-in and we didn't receive our adjoining rooms. Staff worked...

I've already said what I have to say. I'm not sure about the $29 early check in fee they were going to charge me. I will reconsider staying there again after 30 -35 years. This is now just fluff, to get the number of characters so I can post this commentsry.

Very convenient large hotel with all amenities located downtown; service is good; bar in the lobby is the post business meeting place. Though everything starts to become shabby and needs to be refreshed up.

I am staying in the Hyatt tonight. This is my last night in Houston I sold my bed and I'm moving so I am here for the last night. I can hardly stand lying in the bed because my legs are getting all scratched up from the cheapest sheets ever. This hotel is supposed to be a very nice hotel...

My husband and I just got back from our 5 day trip to Houston for the super bowl!! Even though the hotel was completely booked, the staff (especially Shelia - guest services) was outstanding! They were so helpful and accommodating! They made our stay easy and fun, even though the wrong team won! We would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency...
