Everything I asked for was provided for me and the room was spotless! Housekeeping ladies were very friendly, and the evening Bartender/Waiter at Shulas on February 15th was incredibly nice and helpful. My only problem staying here was the Einstein Bros in the hotel, service was a bit unwelcoming and products were overpriced for the quality. - sjwgoldman1 contributionStay During the Covid-19The service with Hyatt Regency Houston was beyond what I expected and exactly what I needed during my stay in the beginning of the Covid-19 delimma that has effected the entire nation. My event was cancelled after I was there and they accomodated me beyond meausre. The staff was wonderul and the hotel was clean. I had water issues (not hot enough) in a room and they attempted to fix it to my need and when unable to do so without major disruption they moved me. They helped me through IT/ Internet issues for my virtual meetings, and ensured I was comfortable and safe by cleaning the hotel lobby and elevators consistently throughout the day. If I return to Houston I will most certianly book with them. The have great restaraunts, and staff, as well as a good location.Date of stay: March 2020Traveled on businessWritten March 25, 2020

Banquet staff was very attentive during meals and receptions. I did not catch his name, but the tall, thin banquet captain was with us for every meal and took care of our group (NCEO) very well. Bartenders and service staff was amazing as well.

The location was perfect for proximity to the office and the rooms are spacious and well thought out for a good nights sleep. The gym was also easy to access and plenty of equipment available. What lets the hotel down is the in-room dining options which are not straight forward and the worst is the breakfast experience; buffet only at 30 dollars. All I want is an omelette and a coffee and staff that will serve me. I walked ten mins to the Marriott where I got exactly this for less than 20 dollars.

We were booked at a different hotel and that ended up being horrible. We booked at the Hyatt Regency same day and when we arrived we were greeted with the utmost compassion. Our room was clean clean and has earned our trust. We will be staying here every time we come to Houston.

Poor Food and Beverage service and poor security protocols. I would not stay here. Random unidentified men may approach you claiming to be security with no badge and harassing women for no reason. Food and beverage is also slow and will complain about groups coming down to eat. Horrible experience and would not stay. We had over 80 rooms and all they did was complain when we tried to eat.

So, we were itchy all night, both my wife and I, and just thought it was because we ate something at diner. Well, I looked at the sheets in the morning and they were super dirty!!!!! There was hair that was not ours all over the bed sheets !!!! I'm Guessing the sheets were not changed and that is gross. I didn't expect this from Hyatt.

We needed a hotel close to the Hobby Center so we could go see a touring broadway show there and the Hyatt Regency was perfect. It is only an 8 minute walk away and the hotel is incredibly clean and the service is very good. If you are a World of Hyatt member there are really good perks and you can check in through the app. We also received an email a week before our stay asking if we had any special request. A 5 star experience.

We went for a military reunion. The hotel was nice, great staff at the lobby bar, breakfast was really good (very expensive though) and the bed was comfortable, but our particular room location was awful. We got stuck next to a maintenance room and there was a loud humming all night so that was disappointing.

I selected this hotel to attend a concert at the Toyota center & wanted to be able to walk to/from to avoid parking and ride share nightmares. Had a Wonderfull stay. Staff went above and beyond to provide information on the property and street closures due to a parade. They were able to provide early check in to avoid the road closure. Room was comfortable. pool was nice & clean. lounge chairs in shade. Drink and food service all good. would definitely stay again at this Hyatt.
