I recently stayed one night at this hotel to attend a business conference. The hotel has an impressive 30-story atrium lobby with glass elevators (in the style that Hyatt frequently used in their hotels constructed during the 1970s). The lowest level of the atrium contains an attractive bar / lounge. Also, there is an Einstein Bros. Bagels located off of...

This Hyatt is great if you have business in this area of downtown, but apart from location it does need some work. First off, the restaurant for breakfast is way too small for the size of hotel. When i stay somewhere for business i want a quick and easy breakfast in the morning. I had to wait 5 to 10...

Ok stay--next time we'll probably spend a little more and stay at a nicer hotel closer to our venue. Still miffed about paying to get a refrigerator in our room and not getting the extra towels and pillows we requested.

Stayed while at a conference at Brown convention center, so was good location. Walking distance when not too humid. Many restaurants around Hyatt including Spindle Top and Shulla Steakhouse in Hyatt. Light rail close by and lots of taxis and Uber around. Beautiful interior, nice bar & lobby. Room comfortable and met all of my needs. Would like to see...

Stayed here for two nights on business. Check in staff were very nice. The lady at the bagel store was rude when I ordered a coffee and a bagel. Was the only one in there and she just didn't want to help me at all. Went for breakfast which is a small buffet selection but offer omelettes made to your...

Hotel is in a decent location. Many rooms. Staff was pretty friendly and bedding was comfortable. My standard room was a little small for US standards and needed some basic maintenance. Some of the noted issues include 2 of the primary charging stations that did not work. I found this out by a dead battery. Stations were a good idea...
