The hotel was clean and the room amenities were as expected. The hotel is under renovation so construction is outside your window on some floors. We had to request a new room because of this issue. Considering many use this hotel while visiting one of the medical hospitals in the area we were quite disturbed then a contractor ignored the... More

The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful. It was a trip for work but I enjoyed it. I highly recommend this hotel. My suite was spacious and it was quiet. So much of the time in hotels the temperature varies too much but not this one. It was great. There was a table to eat... More

My wife and I flew in on a Thursday for Friday doctor appointments at MD Anderson. We had rented a car and valet was worth the price to not have to worry about in and out of the garage. Check in was a breeze, our room was ready and on the top floor. The room was very comfortable and quiet.... More

Good accommodations, indoor pool, into the medical center. We really liked our stay here, personal really friendly. Walkable distance to memorial Hermman. A little costly, but it's the best on the area. They need to work in their restaurant, also the parking costs.

This hotel is based on service for patients and those visiting patients. From the full service shuttle to and from hospitals, the staff caters to the visitors needs. Restaurant is passable, parking and services are great.

I live in the U.K and recently stayed there for 3 nights while my daughter was in Methodist Hospital having my first grandchild I was having a very emotional day when Melati, from room service, delivered my breakfast. This is a flagship hotel at the Texas Medical Center. The staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. Although I don't have mobility issues, it was heartwarming to see how helpful they were to patients and families who were challenged.

We stayed here when we attended a class reunion at Rice University. The hotel is what you expect from Marriott, with a very convenient location in the Medical Center.
