My wife and I just celebrated our very 1st Anniversary. Since our original plans were cancelled by COVID-19 what better alternate plan than to stay where we stayed on our wedding night exactly 1 year ago before departing next day to our honeymoon !
We want to thank Nelli P and the entire staff of The Four Seasons for making us feel so special and taking great care of us ! You all made us feel like Royalty as well as feel safe with all of the necessary social distancing, disinfecting, temperature taking, mask wearing, etc. Four Seasons is truly the Elite Best of The Best !

I had 30 hotel rooms booked for multiple nights for my company and my employees. I went and checked pn the rooms at 1pm on check in day and gave them my card and told them we would be checking in later that evening. After our convention, we tried to check in at 7pm and two of my team were told they were not able to have rooms since they were in an oversold situation and thought there would be cancellations. They then offered us a room that was smoked in that they could share or a hotel miles away. I was appalled at this happening and shocked this was the service I received at the Four Seasons.

We really enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Houston. Our room and bathroom were attractive and very comfortable, although not as elaborate as other Four Seasons we've stayed at. A lot of Covid-prevention measures were taken, such as temperature check upon entry, and room service food being delivered in disposable containers, but regardless, service was as attentive and caring as you'd expect from a Four Seasons. My son and I had a great time at the pool. Again, nothing elaborate (it is on a roof in downtown Houston, after all), but it was attractively designed, well maintained and spacious, as was the attached hot tub.
From now on this will be our go-to hotel whenever we are spending the night in Houston.

When I started staying in luxury hotels I used to shy away from the four seasons because of the outdated rooms. Where many four seasons properties fail at keeping up with the decor it makes up in service, and that’s where FS excels.
I visited FS properties all over including an AH-MAZING stay at the four seasons Seychelles resort. So I thought it was time to check out the Houston property for a mini date staycation.
To start I used the Amex properties which allowed for late checkout and $100 f&b credit. To start at check in I waited about 10min since there was only 1 person at the desk and they were helping out a customer. Miniscule I know but you don’t see that at many 5 star hotel brands. Finally another person came to the front desk to check us in. I don't remember his name but he was very nice and was very knowledgeable on other properties when I mentioned my future plans. I reserved the city room and was upgraded to the corner room. It had a view of the Toyota center but it did offer a great view of the south end of downtown
Now the room. Talk about luxury if 80s fancy decor is your thing. Let’s just say it could use a coat of paint. And the bathroom, glass enclosed tub and the ceiling sconce is something you'd see in a motel. Still the four seasons bed is amazingly comfortable and you will never want to leave. Hopefully they upgrade the rooms like FS Atlanta.
My actual gripe is for the coffee machine paper cups instead of actual mugs? That’s not FS. The entertainment system didn’t have a personal welcome message. Half size water bottles? All things you get accustomed to at other properties.
The positive. Four seasons service. From the valet immediately asking to grab your bags, open the doors to the overnight food menu. Every employee we came in contact with was amazing and professional. I always like to order late night food. I ended up getting the burger which was actually good and the fries were crisp for a 3am meal.
At least you get the four seasons service which is something that can't be denied.

We visited Houston during the Christmas holiday and we booked at four season hotel since was rated high and 5 stars hotel. Besides, we were in four season hotels before in Hawaii, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and we had the best experience and vacation ever. However, the four season hotel in Houston was the worst hotel ever. Very very bad room service. They supposed to clean the room and do the beds and refill the toiletries, water, the complimentary tea bag and coffee pods for the coffee and tea maker, but this never happened we had to call the room service to bring these every time. Never refill the water bottles.
We had sofa bed and the first day they put one bed sheet and cover we said ok. Next day the had service at the evening time to make up the room to be ready for bed we asked for this service but they did not do it when we call the room service they said we will send one, we waited for long time no one came. We called the room service for the 3rd time they informed us no one available to do the sofa bed. We are in 5 stars hotel and paid more than $1000 for every night and I end up making my bed ? What kind of 5 stars hotel is this .
I could go to another 5 stars hotel as J W Marriott or Hyatt regency hotel and paid less for night and probably got better service but we choose the four season hotel because we tried it before
I do not recommend it, probably book in 4 stars hotel and got better service.

We attempted to schedule a tour here several times for our possible wedding and sent several emails and never got a response on a tour date. A five star property should have better communication skills. Even if we did not have our wedding here we were interested in using this hotel for our wedding night. And it just left a sour taste in our mouth. The person we were communicating with was Lucia Nataly Flamenco. For a day such as a wedding i would want the venue to be organized and on top of things which was a big red flag.

Outstanding, genuine service from check in to bellman to room service. I understand they are renovating the rooms which is arguably needed, especially compared to some of the other nicer hotels in the downtown Houston area; however, I personally did not find the room to be so outdated that it really impacted my stay. I would still pick the Four Seasons for return trips to Houston because you just can't beat the level of service and experience. They did a great job with the lobby renovations—the atmosphere and look of the lobby bar and entry area are excellent. The drinks were very good and we also enjoyed the coffee in the bar in the morning.

Loved this hotel. Service outstanding at every level. Very convenient location for Houston marathon finish line (run right by the hotel around 26 mile marker and very easy to get back quickly from the convention center after). Hotel thoughtfully has cafe open at 4.30 am the morning of the race for oatmeal, bananas, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Supremely impressive. A hotel-room connoisseur for whom a nice room is worth half the vacation, I have fairly high expectations when it comes to hotels, and this hotel exceeded them all. To start, safety and cleanliness standards were followed impeccably. My partner and I felt very safe staying there in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Although most amenities were closed, the pool, pool bar, and room service continued operation, which made our stay very enjoyable. The food was delicious. The absolute best thing, however, was the app. It is a high-quality product, through which you can personalize your stay, like mattress firmness and pillows, order towels and other items to the room, and order food. You can also chat the concierge who will respond promptly and politely to any request. I am thoroughly impressed by the service and the commitment to quality guest experience at this hotel.

We have had multiple stays at the Four seasons in the past and it has always been a pleasant stay but this stay since the renovations reflected the Four seasons standard and commitment to excellence. We were there for the Christmas Brunch and a planned stay. The rooms have minimal carpeting which is very important for my wife with environmental allergies. The in room-dining experience was lovely- food arrived at stated time and temperature was perfect. As always, the staff interactions were warm and welcoming. It is nice to be able to walk to discovery green.

Hello Alexander, Thank you for reaching out. You are welcome to look trough our offers page to see if anything fits what you are looking for. You can also visit our Topgolf Swing Suite to try out our new baseball game if you have a little time before heading to the ball park.
It has an outdoor pool with a bar. I believe it’s on the 5th floor.
