Great service all round. From arrival to departure, we were greeted with smiles and professionalism by the staff. Top golf was a lot if fun and food and drinks were brought in a timely manner to our area.

Solid service - typical of a four seasons. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Newly renovated gym is excellent. The restaurants and bars are all fairly good but unless you have a time constraint there are several nice restaurants between 10-20 mins drive from the hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons in Downtown Houston. The suite was large and quiet with two giant TV’s and a comfortable king bed. The only things missing were a walk-in shower and two sinks in the bathroom. The hotel has a nice open bar which draws an after

The staff made it such a wonderful experience, from the beginning we arrived until the moment we left. They even sent personalized cookies with my children's name on them to our room so they would feel welcome. House Keeping was wonderful, and so was the front desk. Can't wait

Does the hotel have a roof top bar / area?
It has an outdoor pool with a bar. I believe it’s on the 5th floor.

We were told the construction was to be complete 2 weeks prior to the Super Bowl, so it should be done. They were nearly finished when we were there a couple of weeks ago. I can't believe the progress they made during a 2-day stay. You should call to ask to be sure, but I think you are safe staying in March. That being said, the construction only impacted us walking in and out of the hotel, and it wasn't that inconvenient. We could not hear any of it from our room, and they worked from morning until night.

My husband was in the hotel last week. The construction is finished in the main areas now. My understanding is the rooms are now slated for updating in the future, but I do not think that has started.

Will renovations be completed by March 19th?
The rennovations, including the Lobby and Bayou & Bottle Bar, are expected to be completed this January and certainly in time for the Superbowl.
