The Houston Hilton Post Oak is a great place to stay in Houston Galeria area. It's a super location with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by, this hotel is very comfortable! For me I will be back the next I travel to Houston!

Hilton on Post Oak is my go to hotel for work. It's conveniently located within a shuttle ride to my office. Post Oak is a nice area with Whole Foods and restaurants that are good for my eating habits. The staff are always welcoming and helpful.

wait staff in Bar/Lounge/Restaurant were very good. Ask for Erika in Bar/Lounge area. Breakfast, lunch and evening snacks were very good. Front Desk Staff was very accommodating. Good Staff overall. There were 14 members of our family staying there and all had a great experience.

There is potential here if they stop getting in their own way! I have stayed at this property on numerous occasions based on its location to my clients, airport and expressway. Staff needs come coaching on politeness, I don't need to be right even half the time but it would be good for staff to make and effort help if...

Nice enough as one would expect. The hotel is close to shopping, but not much else. My room was rather spacious and had a nice lanai, but the view wasn't so great given the location. Beyond that, the hotel restaurant had an okay breakfast buffet and enough elevators to ensure that wait times were limited.

Last minute reservations on NYE. Only request was a balcony overlooking Post Oak Blvd so we could see the decorations. Got a beautiful room, exactly what we asked for at a reasonable price. Everyone there was friendly and helpful!

I have been in this hotel through the years but enjoyed my last stay at Christmas the best. Amid all the Christmas decorations and setting, a walk at night to the Galleria and morning to the park were some experiences. The room is well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly, paid parking is painless to get in...

Excellent experience! Customer service was amazing, big thanks to Elias for treating us so well while assisting us with our bags and requesting a complimentary mini-fridge for us. Our room had two balconies, and each one had an incredible view of downtown, especially at night! Any girl would fall in love with the bathroom with a vanity mirror, full size...

Overall, this proved to be a nice quality hotel. However, I booked a more expensive room on the executive floor with access to the executive lounge (to make my family's stay more convenient and enjoyable). Only after we were going in our room and unpacked did I find out the executive lounge was *closed for the holidays* !!! This should...

Thank you for sharing your overall experience with us. We truly apologize that your stay didn't meet your expectations. We had the Executive Lounge closure notations on our Hilton Website. We will ensure we are consistent with informing upon arrival.

Had a good stay at this hotel where I've stayed before. Extremely comfortable suite - huge, with great amenities. Worst part of the stay was the extremely rude waitress Canary whose attitude is a disgrace to this hotel. Staff receiving packages were also quite nonchalant and disorganised, but nowhere near as bad as this woman.
