This is one of 5 hotels I stay at when I am in Houston. The lobby is spacious and bright, the front desk staff is very accommodating and the resultant food is delicious. Possibly the best bread pudding outside of Louisiana. The GM Harry Greenblat does an outstanding job of making sure the guests at this property satisfied with their...

Adequate hotel with pretty much what you'd expect from a Marriott. Room has a big comfortable bed, working desk, good TV. Bathroom regular amenities in the bathroom. Hotel has a very nice pool (which actually is both indoor and outdoor with a wall which you can swim "under" to go from indoor to outdoor. Was very nice except for a...

The Marriott Westchase was ok for the price. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. The workout facilities were good with 5 treadmills, several ellipticals, free weights and universal machine. The location was good as close to the Beltway 8 and plenty of restaurants near by.

This Marriott is really pretty. The lobby is bright and beautiful. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The live music at the bar was soothing, relaxing and made for a wonderful environment. My room was freshly cleaned. The bed was soft and cozy. The two lamp light bulbs in my bathroom were out. It was too late...

Hotel lobby is very nice but rooms are in need of attention. They have attempted to put a little cosmetic refreshing on things but the bones of the rooms need attention... such as the outlets and switches. My husband and I both used the desk outlets to charge our cell phones. Neither phoned charged. Coincidently my cell phone will no...

This property really needs an update to its rooms. The service at check in as usual for a Marriott was good. The room service however was not good at all. We ordered 3 dishes and got one set of silverware. We ordered hashbrowns and no ketchup came with it. The coffee was way too strong. Waffles were cold. When we...

Spent the night here and on my what a comfortable bed! It was quiet and comfortable. I just hate I could not control the air conditioning. Sometimes they have live music in the bar area, not sure what evenings but it was very nice when I sat and enjoyed the music and a cocktail.

I picked this hotel because it is close to my work event and I wanted the points. I chose this over Courtyard and Residence Inn because other Marriotts I'd been in had been nice. I stayed for 5 days, 11 - 15 May 2015. Stayed in a Rewards room. Was very comfortable. Clean. Smelled good. Very cold. Daily housekeeping. Meals were reasonably priced, not free. Lots of restaurants and shopping close on Westheimer. Very close to freeway to IAH.
