Rest assured that the safety, security, and well-being of our guests and employees are our number one priority. Hotel ZaZa is committed to helping prevent the spread of disease with the heightened cleaning & disinfecting, as well as practicing safe social distancing and proper hygiene. We have heightened our already loft cleanliness & disinfecting procedures with you in mind! This includes frequent sanitation of all high-touch surfaces and public spaces – developed with the guidance and information provided by both local health authorities and government requirements. You will notice added measures throughout public spaces, including our restaurant + lounge to include hand sanitizer readily available, as well as sanitation wipes upon settling in to enjoy your meal. To minimize contact, our associates will knock to notify guests of order delivery for room service as well as guest requests. When in the hotel, all associates will be adorned with the latest in facial covering fashion. We do not require our guest to cover up, but it is encouraged and a mask can be supplied if you forgot yours at home! We are closely following all city & state safety measures within our outlets. This means operating at a limited capacity within our restaurants and on our pool deck. We continue to follow our increased disinfecting process and constant monitoring of the latest from federal, state, and local officials; our policies are consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We were in town for a wedding that weekend across the street at Centennial Gardens. We arrived just in time to check in and have a drink at the bar with guests before walking down to the gardens so we left our bags in the car. After the wedding was over we walked back to the hotel (fairly exhausted), I asked the valet if we could get our luggage from our vehicle, I didn't have my ticket on me, my wife had it and she was back in the room, he was rather rude and told me I could be anyone and he needed the ticket. Fair enough, I went to the room and grabbed the ticket and I came down and brought it to him. He then handed me the keys and said you can get your bags, the car is across the street in the garage. At this point it was late, I was tired, and didn't think I could reason with him so I walked across the street and searched the garage for my vehicle grabbed my 3 (rather heavy bags) and walked back to the hotel. He met me in front of the hotel and made a half hearted attempt to help and just grabbed the lightest of the three bags. I didn't expect such a poor level of service, and overall this really put a damper on the Hotel ZaZa experience. We informed the staff that night, the manager called us in the morning and offered to not charge for valet, which was already complementary with the room we chose that night.

We stayed in the Casablanca room. Very nice. The people at the ZaZa were great. Bar had a good scene and the event planner was great. Overall a great experience. i don't have much else to say but there is a minimum character limit so this is just filler

As always Hotel Zaza came through! I absolutely love my getaway when I go there. The service is always spectacular, the rooms beautiful, every need met! Enjoyed the restaurant and was confident in the spacing. If I needed something the front desk was happy to help.

We recently stayed at Hotel ZaZa in the Museum District and what a treat! First of all, we were impressed and felt quite safe with all of the COVID safety precautions for the duration of our stay. The hotel was clean and well-staffed; we felt a very personal touch as all of the staff were amazing and took care of us! The food was amazing and we also enjoyed the pool and cabana area! If you are looking for a great place for a staycation that is clean, safe, fun and relaxing, look no further than ZaZa Museum District! I am already planning my next staycation in the next few weeks!

Okay, I don’t leave reviews that often but my boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend as a stay-cation and it was an absolutely great experience. Rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly nice. It was our anniversary and we mentioned it to them when we were checking in and they sent up champagne and chocolate on the house! We will definitely be coming back.
