I’m not the first one to mention great service about this particular Marriott Courtyard, Gretta, Karen and Robert are great. They are personable, which is hard to find when you travel, and they care about their patrons. Here’s an example. I missed the 9:30 am cutoff for breakfast. When I asked to get a coffee, they were super pleasant and accommodating. These people deserve a real pat on the back from hotel management. It’s why I stay at Marriott properties.

The hotel looks like it’s a nice place to stay but after hearing the way management talks and treats their employees I can only imagine the customer service that is offered there. I was one of the paramedics that came to a call from an employee and the way Leticia Garza was talking and carrying on with the employer was so unacceptable and disgusting. I was very embarrassed for the employer the way she was talking to her and dismissing her issues while she’s pregnant, which makes it very upsetting for me. Like I mentioned it’s a nice hotel but I won’t be doing any business here and there are disrespectful managers running that hotel.

I’ll Start Here I Recently Stayed At This Location So That I Can Write This Review. I Used The Bonvoy App To Book My Stay , After I Arrived My Card Was Swiped So I Get All Checked & Went Up To My Room Shortly After Opening The Door My Bank Call Me Letting Me Know That I Was Charged Multiple Times So I Go Back Downstairs To Speak With The Lady At The Front Deal She Insured That Things Would Be Rectified But They Weren’t So I Kinda Say I’ll Give It A Few Hours. So I Go Back To My Room & Notice That The Lights Don’t Work Anymore But I Brought It To The Staffs’ Attention & They Were Able To Fix It. Overall I Enjoyed The Stay But The Experience Wasn’t Worth The Time
