Absolutely our favorite hotel in the world, exceptional personal service, fabulous facilities and amenities! Busy weekend did not detract from usual attentive service. Lounge is like taking a step back in time. Location of hotel is like an oasis, great neighborhood, Uptown Park, near Galleria.
