My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn near the Galleria was just wonderful. I was apprehensive about booking the hotel a friend had recommended, I just wanted a nice place with a good location. When I arrived the staff was helpful, I did request a room change because my first room was near a room with a child I could...

We checked in after driving all day and the front desk clerk was extra friendly; she even gave us complimentary parking which normally costs $10. The beds were very comfortable and there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which was unexpected in a 3 star hotel. Best of all, we appreciated the Keurig coffee pot and amenities. We...

I've stayed here many, many times and had friends from out of town stay here on my account too. I love the location: it's in a decidedly upscale part of Houston, just behind the Galleria shopping mall and within proximity of the plentiful restaurants and facilities in the area. The service is good. The hotel is a 'value Hilton' -...

We stayed here to be close to the wedding venue. The hotel and staff were excellent no complaints. I only wish we could have enjoyed the pool and bar. We were so rushed, since we were part of the wedding party next we will enjoy more of the available services.

Gerald from the front desk never fails to deliver excellent service. I travel frequently to Houston and he greets me by name with a smile, knows the floor and rooms that I like to stay in and it is a quick and easy check-in process.

I liked everything about my stay except for the music at breakfast. It is jarring to get up, work out, shower, and sit down for a lovely breakfast and be bombarded with loud vocal music. No music would be best. If you must have music, please make it something instrumental and soothing.

The location and value of this hotel is unsurpassed. The breakfast is superb with friendly, attentive service. The desk staff is professional, responsive & friendly. Stay here often when visiting family. Grandchildren love the pool and hearty breakfast.

We stayed there on Friday and Saturday night and the hotel was almost empty. Apparently this hotl is very popular during the week with business people. From a weekend perspective, we paid a tiny amount for access to a beautiful hotel! Very close to Galleria, of course. But they will shuttle you around within a 3 mile radius, so we...

This hotel staff takes hospitality to a different level, The facilities was immaculate,The gym is clean and the swimming pool was well looked after. The room is very well looked after by the in-house cleaners and the breakfast buffet is out of this world.

I recently checked in to this Hilton Garden Inn after not having traveled to Houston in a while. This has always been one of my favorites. Boy was I pleasantly surprised to see that they had completely renovated the hotel, from lobby to the top floor of rooms. I've always enjoyed staying at this hotel for several reasons: price, convenience,...
