Booked this hotel for three nights based on ta reviews and proximity to the Toyota centre next door where we were attending a rockets game. Nice hotel. I got a queen queen with rate of $178+tax that included breakfast. It's a big hotel (600 rooms I think) so somewhat impersonal. There's a Starbucks in the lobby. All very good. Got...

I used to live in Houston and this was my first time back in five years. This was my first time staying in the Hilton Americas despite seeing it daily years ago. Here are my impressions. 1. It's a downtown hotel so you have to pay for parking. But I still don't like paying for it. 2. Being able to...

This was my first trip to Houston, and I only got to see the convention center area. The Hilton is the closest hotel to the convention center itself and a short walk to restaurants, etc... in the area. The Toyota Center is right next door if you plan on catching a Rockets game. Hilton quality, and I'd stay again.

Pros: - If you're a Hilton Honors member of a certain status (I'm currently Gold), there is a concierge lounge on the 24th floor with a decent free breakfast. They have snacks in the evening as well, but that was less impressive. I did grab a couple bottles of water to bring back to the room though, so that was...

This hotel is very nice. Very quiet, and across the street from the convention center. Perfect for my travel this trip. Food was a bit pricey, but it always is in any hotel chain. Rooms are very clean. Staff very nice.

I stayed here for a conference visit to Houston. I arrived late and had several questions and issues to solve (change of room type, special requests...), but I was helped extremely efficiently by Vinnicia H who helped me to arrange everything in an admirable manner. The room is a dream, location perfect, the roof lounge staff extremely kind and helpful....

I came to Houston for a conference and the Hilton's location was unbeatable. Right across the street from the Convention Center. I found out on the second day that the hotel is actually connected to the convention center, so no need to even cross the street if the weather is bad. Despite being a very large hotel, it was very...

We stay here almost every month as we are subscribers at the Houston Symphony. A mini vacation! Self park is convenient and less than most city hotel parking rates. So many restaurants nearby. A great place to walk.

When this hotel first opened it was great. I expected to come for this visit and find it had been renovated or changed in some way. To my surprise it was exactly the way it was years ago. They were prepping for the Super Bowl at the time of my visit around the outside but essentially everything was the same....

I enjoyed this hotel very much. Clean well decorated rooms, and best of all nice city view! Lobby is perfect for get togethers and business meetings. Love that the pool is indoor and on top the hotel which brings you a pretty view of the city. Would go again!
