Does not meet the Hilton or curio experience I’ve enjoyed on other cities. This is supposed to be hiltons eclectic boutique brand. It’s just an old and “not looked after” property. Rooms smell property os do and dingy. HVAC system in room is loud. It has some of the curio Hilton “check the box” features by name to justify the hotel description, just a terrible bait & switch execution. Take it from this diamond member = avoid

We were really excited to stay here. It was for a birthday party and when we checked in the room was no clean at all. Clothes tags on the floor, crumbs all over the floor. We called and switched rooms. They were very nice and when we got to the new room it was clearly clean. However the room was missing outlet covers on the wall. There was no water in the room, the carpet was torn in several places and there was rust all over the access panel above the shower. Not to mention there are no USB plugs to charge anything. Kinda frustrating for a hotel in this day and age not to have. Our other friends had rooms with water and fruit. For what we paid (over $200) there are MANY better hotels for the price. Really disappointed in Hilton.

Mold like smell ran through the hotel. The room was nowhere near clean, there is a futon in the room that had multiple visible stains. As a regular at the Westin the sam does not come close. The valet took 20 minutes + every morning To present my vehicle. Overall the property felt like a 2* budget hotel not that of a Hilton property. Avoid! At all cost in my opinion

It’s a 20 minute cab ride from IAH airport Cab was $70 I’m from NYC and that’s even astronomical to me. Arrived Sunday @ 6pm. Bar and restaurant were both closed. Was promptly checked in and told due to Covid they were short staffed and there would be no housekeeping unless I requested them. Room looked like the pictures Chaise lounge was dirty and had stains on it and was very used. I covered it with a sheet because I couldn’t sit on it. Lighting in bathroom was atrocious No mini fridge and no room service Ate at the bar and restaurant- drinks were delicious but the food was super greasy. Eggs shouldn’t be soaked in oil. Bar closed at 10pm Was overcharged $100 for my room. They corrected it.

We were only here for one night but it was great! Paid for the valet parking because did not see any public overnight parking near by. We checked in and walked to bars and restaurants near by. The hotel was nice, modern and clean. Will definitely stay here when in town!

The room temperature was cold unable to access heat in the middle of the night when the temp was 40 degrees , sheets not cleaned and the comforter of the bed was thin as a sheet . It was my birthday and it was late, I should’ve complained but I didn’t want to ruin my night , just will not be returning

Horrible experience fro check in to check out. I was called at 11am to say I needed to be out of my room. When I asked for a late checkout. The food and rink quality was high based of the quality of the food.

The hotel has a smell that almost like mildew. Our shower would not get hot. When we talked to the front desk we were told to just keep running it and it will get hot but it wouldn’t. We were not offered another room or any compensation. By the final day, our sink would not drain. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again
