My son and I drove over 12 hours to support my Nephew who was having triple bypass heart surgery at Houston Methodist hospital. I booked a two night stay at this hotel with guaranteed reservations knowing that we would arrive late. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was two hotel guests outside the entrance door on cell phones. They told me that the office was locked and no one was available to let them in to check into their rooms. They had been waiting over an hour and one of the quest had a daughter scheduled for surgery within the next six hours. I called the number on my reservation and was told to call the hotel which I had already done with no one answering the phone. I asked the agent to find another location nearby for accommodations because we were very exhausted and needed rest to be at the hospital by 6am. (This all started around 10pm). The agent booked us in another location over 25 miles away from the hospital. My son and I went to bed at 2:00am and up at 5:00am to make it on time to the hospital. I spoked by phone to the manager later that day and he apologized unsympathetically about such poor service. He refunded my one night stay and canceled remaining night of lodging. I am still in shock by this event since I travel a lot but never have encountered this type of inconsiderate actions toward patrons.

I have NEVER EVER. I checked in and was told the room wasn't ready, no problem went to the rodeo. Came back at 11:20 PM with my minor daughter to our room. The room trashed and beds a mess from whoever stayed the night before. Trash everywhere..went to the front office...and it is LOCKED...LISTEN LOCKED. What hotel locks the office with zero service. Some random guest yells put at me " Goodluck, they dont answer after 10PM". I yell back, But the never cleaned the room from the previous guest what the hell am I supposed to do". I start to open my purse to get my phone to try and call The hotel and finally a guy opens the door. No apology nothing, just I dont know if I have another room for you. While I am waiting the phone rings and he answers and you can hear the guest ask for an extra blanket which he replies no they dont have any. I'm sorry let's examine not just my situation but you are telling me the hotel does not have blankets? Back to me, he gives me a room that at least the beds are made but there is trash on the floor by the beds and in the trash cans...not to mention the table has cigarette burns in the table but more disturbing in the bathroom floor. Like someone played on the floor and decided to make a burn pattern. Ok, that's not only disturbing but extramly dangerous. PLEASE Dont stay here.. I do not leave negative reviews like this but this one is important. awful...

Although the website states that kitchen utensils are included, they were not availabe when I checked in. The email I sent to the manager to request kitchen utensils was simply ignored. Also, when I arrived the sheets were dirty, one of the burners in the kitchen was broken and there was no toilet paper. The website states that housekeeping is provided weekly for stays longer than 8 days. However, I did not recieve housekeeping the first week. When I went to the reception to ask why I had not received any housekeeping, the staffmember said that according to the schedule I should have had housekeeping already. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she said I must have been wrong. Only after a discussion she reluctanty offered to send housekeeping the next day. For now I would say that it is fairly cheap for longer stays, but don't expect a very clean room or friendly service. This is just my experience of the first week staying there. Let's hope the rest of my stay will be less problematic. I will update my experience if anything changes.

We arrived to find the fro t desk staff member very friendly. When we go to our room, it appeared clean and for the most part it was. The window sill was covered in mold, the bed looked to be broken and sagged in the middle, the pillows are apparently stolen by guests so there aren’t many to go around and there were no blankets for the bed, just two sheets.
