Hotel had friendly staff and located near shops and restaurants. Very cute boutique hotel! The hotel provided nice rooms (double beds are a bit small and really just good for one adult). Lots of parking in the parking garage or valet is available. The location was nice as you could walk around and restaurants went from the inexpensive to much nicer so there was something for everyone. Fireside had live entertainment and very lively. Rooms were quiet and you didn't ear any noise from the busy outside areas.

This is either a business hotel (if you have business nearby) or a location hotel if you want to explore the development. Otherwise, it’s an over priced basic “lean and mean” hotel. FYI: don’t bother with the nespresso look alike coffee in the room, it’s awful - the coffee in the free breakfast cafe is much better with real cream. Also, you can park for free (big plus, now that I think of it), but you better park on the 3rd floor (and the hotel entrance is on that floor), or else you’ll get a ticket over night. Good luck getting that tip from the valet.

Great hotel and a great area for liesure and entertainment. The Staff were very helpful with questions, directions and handling any needs we had. The pool and the bar are great, the breakfast was spot on.

Hello, My name is Jay, and I recently had a business trip that brought me to the Moran CityCenter. Amy was a breath of fresh air after a long drive in from out of town. Kind and very generous with her time for my endless questioning. Vanessa assisted me late one evening and went out of her way to make sure my coworker and myself had as quality an experience as possible. She was willing to make an exception for us with our late check-out requests to ensure our stay was savored. If the rest of the staff is as kind, patient and attentive as Amy & Vanessa, then the Moran should be a destination for any work trip oasis. Kudos to you both and your management team for recognizing the right type of service-oriented people to hire to represent the Moran.

The hotel was in a great location, pretty central to all of the places I needed and wanted to see. The hotel was beautiful, clean, staff were all amazing and friendly. If I were to return to Houston I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Fantastic experience!!

Stayed in a suite with an adjoining room, to accommodate our young family. Hotel is nice and clean, open and airy, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast, which was included, was very good. Pool is nice, although microscopically small, with very limited seating. Hotel is very well situated for a stroll around the Citycentre area, which is most pleasant of an evening, with different eating/drinking/shopping options. Overall, we liked the hotel, but we are conscious that the pricing of rooms is not particularly attractive, and there are better deals available on suites in the Houston area, at hotels which are at least as nice and upscale and luxurious as this one.

The hotel location is very good, with lots of eateries and shopping in walking distance. Also they provided a shuttle bus to my place of work, so that was really convenient. Special shout out to the night porter and shuttle bus driver Collins. Very friendly and helpful, just like all the staff. I think the receptionist t was called Jasmine and she was excellent- provided best places to eat based on what my needs where. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Houston.

We came for a quick overnight stay to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we're already planning our next trip back. The hotel is beautiful and clean, staff are friendly and accommodating, and CityCentre location provides so much to do and experience within walking distance. I highly recommend stopping by Fireside bar for drinks and live music. The pool is beautiful and overlooks the CityCentre courtyard, plenty of lounging space. Though we came for a couples getaway, this would be great for families as well.
