The staff is extremely nice and the room is great! Great view. The air conditioner was too strong. The breakfast is great, the food is really good and the staff is always willing to help and go the extra mile.

Who does a hotel guest have to be in order to get a room on the top floors. When it was Rennasance we had no problems with this however now it's like pulling teeth, especially if we get Debra (the very petite girl at the desk) to check us in. I'm an honors member and have provided my preferences, one of which is a high floor. She refused to give me a room I requested even though they were available. I should have checked in online. She gave me a floor lower than what I could have gotten if I had checked in online. In fact, she is always that way with me. It seems that she has a problem with going over and beyond for her customers. Doesn't it count that I am a longstanding guest with Hilton and hhonors? Can you all consider that please? That's the reason why your guests join your club, to get extra perks, however if we are denied when we book, that is so unfair.

Julie, The hotel does not have a shuttle to the game. IAH airport is approximately 25 miles from the hotel. Unfortunately, we do not operate an airport shuttle. I recommend either a cab or a ride service such as Uber.
